Arena: Mewtwo was created by cloning Mew's cells. This battle will take place there. When your single pokemon enters the chemicals in the air will clone it, creating 2 of the same pokemon. They are two separate pokemon, they each get 3 actions, and must be targeted separately. The pokemon used will gain twice as much counters however. When ordering, players will have a <Pokemon> #1 and <Pokemon> #2. Before the battle starts, the player will tell the ref which one is the real one. In order to win, the real one must be knocked out, regardless of the state of the clone is in. The scientists who created Mewtwo needed to test him in various terrains, so all moves are allowed.

Fire Blast's Pokemon:

Gligar (Batman) (M)

Nature: Impish (+1 Defense, -1 Special Attack)

Type: Ground/Flying

Ground STAB; Immune to all electrical attacks, can Dig through almost any substance, Evasive Digging reduced from 3 per action Energy Cost to 2 per action, superior senses in darkened cave surroundings.

Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks outside extremely odd circumstances even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Enhanced aerial mobility. Superior senses in open air arenas.

Abilities:

Hyper Cutter (Innate): This Pokemon always keeps its claws/teeth/pincers extremely sharp, and thus cannot have its attack reduced.

Sand Veil (Innate): This Pokemon is used to reacting in desert conditions and gets a 20% evasion boost during Sandstorms. Pokemon with this ability are immune to Sandstorm damage.

Immunity (DW locked)(Innate): This Pokemon’s body has an immensely strong immune response to venom and does not take poison damage when Poisoned. Toxic Poisoning will not do damage, however it will continue getting more severe.

Abilities:

Flash Fire (Innate): This Pokemon thrives in high temperatures, and takes the energy of any fire attack, nullifies the damage, and uses the additional power to boost its own fire attack’s Base Attack Power by two (2).

Flame Body (Innate): This Pokemon’s external temperature is kept at such a high level that any contact attack used on this Pokemon has a 30% chance of burning the opponent.

Shadow Tag (DW) (Innate): Upon entry into battle, this Pokemon’s Shadow expands across the arena and dissipates, forcing opposing Pokemon to stay within 10 meters of this Pokemon. The Shadow entirely negates the ability to switch for every Pokemon except those who also have Shadow Tag.

Abilities:

Swarm: (Innate) When this Pokemon’s HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any Bug-typed attack is increased by 2. (eg Silver Wind goes from 6 to 8, X-Scissor from 8 to 10)

Technician: (Innate) This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally deal 6 or below base damage to have their base damage multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) damage, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2).

In any event, let's go Royce!

Royce 1, I want you to start with a Leer, then a Wing Attack then a Quick Attack all on Batman 1!

Royce 2, I want you to start with a Safeguard, then a Double Team (4 clones) and finish off with a Wing Attack on Batman 1!
 
Okay, Batmans let's go!

Batman #1, I want you to start by Taunting Royce #2. Then, Stone Edge #1 twice.
Batman #2, start by using Sand-Attack on your partner. Aim the sand at his body, not his eyes, so that it doesn't affect his accuracy. The sand should be able to activate his Sand Veil ability. Then, Stone Edge #1 twice.

If #1 faints at any time, switch your target to #2.
 
Just a quick note, I believe speed ties are supposed to be RNGed, so that is what I did.

Now that both of the trainers have given me their Pokemon and I have put them through the cloning chamber (me telling the trainers which of their own is real), the match can start. Royce #1 starts Leering over at the scorpion/bat things, making them feel vulnerable and lowering their defense. Royce #2 puts up a Safeguard to protect him team from status in the meanwhile. Batman #2 Attacks the other Batman with Sand, kicking in Batman #1's Sand Veil... well, I can't find him with that sand on him (you would think sand in a cloning lab would stick out, but apparently not...), judging by how angry Royce #2 is getting, Batman #1 is Taunting him. Royce #1 sees Batman #1's stinger sticking out, and charges him and Attacks him with a Wing. Royce #2 attempts to conjure up 4 clones by Double Teaming, but is too angry to and fails. Both Batmen simultaneously attack Royce #1 with an Edged Stone, one of them being a critical hit, doing massive damage! Royce #1 Quickly Attacks Batman #1, while Royce #2 tries to Attack Batman #1 with his Wing, but can't see him clearly enough and misses. Once again, both Batmen hit Royce #1 with an Edged Stone, but one of them misses, but Royce #1 is still weak already.

Wait... If you meant "IF, he tries to stop your attack on A2 or A3 THEN, Use Sand-Attack on him," then that isn't allowed I am pretty sure. You would have to give a specific move, like "IF, he tries to evasive Agility to dodge your attack on A2 or A3 THEN, Use Sand-Attack on him."

It looks like Royce #1 is going down pretty soon, so Royce #2 wants to body-block the Cross Poison coming from Batman #2, but Royce #2 is taunted so it fails. But then, Royce #1 uses his Agility to dodge the hit. But then, Batman #1 hits Royce #1 with a Stone Edge, leaving Royce #1 very weakened. Royce #2 then hits Batman #1 with a Wing Attack, slowly but surely wearing him down. Royce #1 then sets up with a Double Team, generating 4 clones. Batman #2 seems to have lost interest in Royce #1, hitting Royce #2 with a Stone Edge. Batman #1 proceeds to Attack his partner with Sand, activating his Sand Veil. Royce #2 Quickly Attacks Batman #1, not doing much damage. Royce #1 then Attacks Batman #1 with his Wing, still wearing him down. Both Batmen then hit Royce #2 with a Stone Edge, one of them a critcal hit, leaving Royce #2 in the state that Royce #1 was in last round.

Just going to mention that Counter wouldn't have done anything because Batman #2 was trying to Counter, when Batman#1 was being attacked. Also going to mention that Batman #2 was the real one.
