The Ref's Mind:
The mind is a powerful thing, so its time we used it to maximize the opportunity to have interesting battles! The battlers have somehow found themselves inside the creativity center of the referee, and they are at his mercy! the ref can make anything happen, and controls all aspects! from the arena setting to the accuracy of moves to the color of the pokemon! for example, the first round might be in an volcano, and if a player uses a bug type move twice his opponent will lose 10 energy! the match can be as simple or as intense as the ref wishes. Battlers have fun coping and adapting to what the refs throw at you!

- Inmunity (Passive): This Pokemon's body has an immensely strong immune response to venom and does not take poison damage when Poisoned. Toxic Poisoning will not do damage; however, it will continue to grow more severe.
- Thick Fat (Passive):This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire- and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)

About: One of tavok's first Pokémon, Gambo is the MvP of the team, being the one with the most training and experience. He has showed his worth against many opponents, winning most of the fights he's been at, even managing to KO two of the Battle Pike Queen's Pokémon in the team's first confrontation with her.
Gambo is quite courious, trying to understand everything that is around. He's also a quick learner, managing to perform many moves just after trying a couple times.
He doesn't talk much, but he has a deep thrust in both his trainer and his partners. If there is a tough fight coming, Gambo is the one to fall back on.

Bruno (Steelix (M))
Nature: Brave (+Atk, -Spe)

Type:

- Steel: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status.

- Ground: Ground STAB; immune to Sandstorm. Ignores Arena restrictions on Dig and Seismic Attacks for Arenas in which any land mass exists, Evasive Digging reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.


Abilities:

- Rock Head (Passive): This Pokemon's hard body prevents it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash.

- Sturdy (Passive): This Pokemon's body is solidly constructed, reducing the Base Attack Power from an opponents incoming attacks by one (1). The effect is amplified on OHKO Moves, which are reduced by ten (10) Base Attack Power.

- Sheer Force (Toggle) (UNLOCKED): No default effect. When toggled, this Pokemon can energize all its attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). The Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect.

Knock Off has higher BAP when the opponent has an item. Unless that is nulled by Frisk, but I highly doubt so.

That is because of the first rule (don't worry, I'll try to not fall back upon it) and because Frisks's description is unclear as to whether or not it affects Knock Off damage when used by a pokemon with the ability. Also, a suggestion in the feedback thread wanted Frisk to cause no increase in damage when Knock Off is used by a pokemon with that ability against a pokemon with an item.

I just noticed, you have not factored Sturdy in Banette's attacks, so Steelix should have 3 more HP (and 0.4 more EN from the protect vs Knock Off, in case that matters xD)
 
I'll be ordering latter tonight, have had no time in the last few days. jsyk that I have not forgotten about this.
