I'm pretty sure Contrary Serperior won't be released by then. If so, expect alot of nonsensical 4-0'ing with Leaf Storm +2's all over the place.
I suggest Jellicent as another pokemanz. Not only can it Water Absorb Hydreigon's Surf, but it makes for an excellent bulky water this VGC. It has a powerful STAB Water Spout, access to Shadow Ball, Ice Beam and Scald, and good support moves like Will O Wisp and Trick Room [though I'm sure you won't be using trick room, you COULD use it to unset trick room in case it is set]
