Strict 72h Disqualification.
One warning per player. First warning (any tag after DQ interval is passed) resets the timer. If the player passes DQ interval a second time, DQ can be called, giving the player one hour to post (with full orders/pokemon, just saying "orders coming watch this space" doesn't suffice) after DQ is called to rescind it. If one hour passes, the player is DQ'd regardless of the ref posting or not. User calling DQ must tag DQ'd player. Referees please tag the combatants when you have finished your reffing. Players, if you know you're going to be away you better post a Leave of Absence BEFORE you leave, or give a very good reason in case of an emergency. DQ time won't pass during a valid LoA. I will say this only once: don't test me
78 days Time Limit: After 78 days I reserve the right to forcibly end any matches that don't seem like ending anytime soon. Said matches will be judged by the voters. This Time Limit ends at March 16th. The number of days was increased to account for multiple matches and holidays.

texedit: would have to be worded as "if gren uses a d/e move" so that the trigger occurs on the order, in this case the trigger is a chance condition based on knowing the state, state is known at +0, sub is trying to act at +2, ergo fails.

Wait a moment - the NDA makes NO MENTION of this fact. It only says that priority is "0 or +2" but it doesn't say WHEN, and in-game priority is 0.

Current description is: "The user moves with unnatural speed to block off an opponent's exit. This move traps the target, preventing them from being switched out during Switch Phases. If the target attempts a non-damaging evasive action in the same action that user is about to use Block, the user will negate the evasive action and deal fixed damage to the target equal to twice the user's Weight Class. Performing this effect makes contact with the target."

This is kind of ridiculous - how was I supposed to know that the priority changed if used against d/e moves? I mean, had I know it works like this I would have worded my sub differently (like, "if Greninja uses a D/E move then use Block")
 
Block only works on non damaging evasive moves so it doesn't affect D/E moves.

It's quite clear that the trapping effect of Block is priority 0 and the negation of D/E occurs at priority +2. Block is very different from moves such as Earthquake that can interrupt D/E moves, where it is stated that they 'ignore' the evasive properties of these moves. Block, by contrast, negates the move entirely, which means that it prevents the move from taking place at all. For this to happen, it would have to take place before the D/E move, so it's pretty strongly implied that the negation effect happens at +2.
