    Here we are folks, at the well-known ASB Arena! I am your referee, ToastTyrant13, and my oh MY is this a wonderful day for a battle. Today, we have a 1 vs 1 singles between Arcanite and LightWolf, two well known smogonites that are pumped and ready for battle! Let's take a look at the rules and teams.

    Nature:
    Adamant: +1 Atk, -1 SpA

    Type:

    • Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.
    • Dark: Dark STAB; Immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.
    Abilities:

    • Shed Skin: (Innate) This Pokemon regularly sheds its skin and any impurities contained in its body. If afflicted with a status condition, this Pokemon has a 33% chance of removing all status conditions at the end of a round.
    • Moxie: (Innate) This Pokemon gets psyched after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.
    • Intimidate (DW): (Can be Activated)When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as an Action, and will affect all opponents. (Not yet Active)

    Hustle: (Can Be Enabled) This Pokemon puts immense force and speed in its physical attacks, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by three (3), but the haste used lowers their accuracy to 80% of normal.
    Inner Focus (DW): (Innate) When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

    Tinted Lens: (Innate) When this Pokemon uses an attack that is normally not very effective, that attack is calculated at the next highest resisrance modifier. (e.g. 4x resistance is calculated at 2x, 2x resistance becomes neutral).
    Run Away: (DW) (Innate) This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.

    Lets go Perona!!!!

    Hmm, we are slower so Payback will be weakened, which is good for us. Lets try to gimp him, and react well if he tries to stop you! Other than that just attack.

    Begin with a Dig,then folow it up with faint attack. Finish with a swagger.

    Here we are folks, at the start of the first Round! Perona and Z-T bump heads as the heat intensifies between the two! Perona screeches and begins to summon some blue will-o-wisps, but Z-T manages to burrow underground before she can do anything! As Perona attempts to search for the little yellow pokemon, the soil around her begins to tremble. Z-T finally emerges and strikes Perona from above! Looks like all that digging paid off.

    As Perona picks up her mask, Z-T glides through the shadows and slashes Perona with a faint attack! Perona doesn't appear to be taking these attacks to well, but she's trying her best! Perona, angered by these onslaughts, summons a cyclone of energy and blasts Z-T with her hidden power!

    HA-HA-HA! Looks like Z-T has some serios SWAG(ger)! All of this trottin' around and tomfoolery has Perona angry, and also heavily confused! As she tries to blast Z-T with a ball of energy, she manages to slap herself in the face! Very little damage came out of that, but she still failed to hurt Z-T this action!

    Confusion self hits should take into account attack boosts, shouldn't they?

    Anyway, Taunt him, then two faint attacks! IF he uses will'o wisp, replace current actionwith dig, and move actions down.

    Here we are folks, at round 2 of this dark and devious battle! Z-T starts off by swearing at Perona, taunting her to prevent her from performing any trickery! To unleash her anger, Perona summons a massive wave of fiery shadows, damaging and burning Z-T!!!!

    As Perona revoers from unleashing such a powerful blow, Z-T flows across the field and strikes Perona with a faint attack! Perona is looking beat, guys, but surely she can hold on for a while longer!

    Z-T takes advantage of his power and strikes Perona with ANOTHER faint attack! Perona flies into the floor, but swiftly jumps back up, and blasts Z-T with some orangeish-red spheres of his hidden power! While Perona appears to have more HP, Z-T is obviously in the lead, and ready to finish this!

    If Dig is used, use Hex+Hp Fight combo that action.

    Right then, go for a double Payback Combo (I will get the 10 power, and the combo boost), then follow up with a faint attack.
