Team Glacier Knight:
Xatu(*) [Twila] (Female)

Nature: Quiet (+1 SpA, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion)

Info on Twila: a knight receives three pokemon when they begin, their path pokemon and two pokemon resembling their parents. Twila was a gift from Glacier's mother Psyche, whose strongest pokemon is Twilight the Xatu. Whenever Glacier looks at Twila he sees his mother, an extremely skilled Psychic Knight who always taught him to try his hardest. Becuase she reminds him of his mother, Glacier has a soft spot for Twila, giving her extra treats when she begs and always giving her time out of her ball. Twila is the strategic one of Glacier's ragtag team of pokemon, always calculating calmly the options before and on the battle field. Ninja sometimes bothers her while she stares mystical at the sun, but she still loves her family.

Type:
Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Early Bird: (Innate) This Pokemon is used to waking up at early hours or operating in low-light conditions and subsequently suffers from sleep status for only half as much time as other Pokemon.
Magic Bounce (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon has a Psychic sense that allows it to ward off non-damaging attacks as soon as they are launched, directing them back at the opponent.

Round One Start!
As the round begins, both trainers release their Pokémon from their Pokéballs. On one side, a fierce Tyranitar howls and stomps, eager to battle. On the other side, a Sneasel calmly sharpens his claws, sizing up his foe. With a roar, Titan the Tyranitar spins his mighty tail and whips up a Sand Storm! Gavin the Sneasel, squinting through the choking grit, curses his foe's ability!

Looking distinctly uncomfortable in the whirling sandstorm, Gavin steels himself and rushes forward with a strong Brick Break! The mighty Titan howls in fury, and retaliates with a Rock Slide that sends the Sneasel flying! Good lord, folks, that rank six attack is unbelievable!

Struggling to his feet, Gavinspins into a whirling Swords Dance around Titan, sharply raising his attack! The Sneasel isn't going down easy, that's for sure! Titan seems confused by Gavin's mesmerizing dance, and his Edge of Stone misses the Sneasel by a hair!

Gavin seems shaken by the near miss, but manages to Brick Break again! Titan howls in agony, then uses his pain to Torment Gavin! The Sneasel falls away into the sandstorm!

As the round ends, the sandstorm worsens. Both Pokémon seem tired, but Gavin is having real trouble! The sandstorm doesn't agree with his typing, and he seems to be getting worn down! Nevertheless, both battlers seem determined to continue, and face the trials ahead!

Struggling to his feet, Gavin manages to fling himself forward into a Fake Out! Though the blow merely glances off Titan's hard exterior, the Tyranitar flinches in shock!

Squinting through the sandstorm, Gavin manages to Punch Titan with Ice again, but the blow doesn't do too much damage! Titan retaliates with another Rock Slide! As the round opens, Glacier Knight sends out a Syclar, who immediately sizes up his foe with concern. Titan, though injured, seems eager to battle. As the sandstorm rages, both battlers square off, each awaiting orders.

In a flash, Sub-Zero burrows underground, and is quickly followed by Titan! Sub-Zero surfaces first, but his Dig attack strikes nothing but air! The Syclar looks around in concern as the ground beneath him rumbles, then cries out as Titan pops up with a second Dig!

Angered, Sub-Zero nails the Tyranitar with the Power of the Earth, but the attack glances off Titan's rocky exterior! Charging forward, the Tyranitar chomps Sub-Zero with Fiery Fangs, doing massive damage!

Reeling from the blow, Sub-Zero again dives underground, and Titan shortly follows. In a moment of Deja-Vu, Sub-Zero surfaces only to be nailed with Dig.
