Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:
Synchronize: (Innate) Pokemon with this ability mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and pass on any status inflicted on them to their foe. Due to their body structure, Poison types cannot be poisoned and Fire types cannot be burned in this manner.
Trace: (Can be Activated) This Pokemon can copy an ability of the opponent and replace for 6 actions. Wonder Guard cannot be Traced.

I need Ralts to get counters so it doesn't suck anymore ;)

Ralts, we need to approach this physical attacker with some caution. Start by calming yourself to give yourself some more firepower. Then, create some copies of yourself so it won't know who to hit. Finish this round with a STAB Psychic. If he tries to use Earthquake in the first or third action, blink into a tree to avoid it!

IF phanpy uses Earthquake in the first or third rounds, THEN Teleport into the trees' branches to dodge.

If Ralts goes first, odour sleuth to discover the real one, then natural gift.
If Ralts goes second, Natural Gift First, then Odour sleuth.

Well here is a lovely forest full of berries to snatch up and eat, and over there is a neat little grove with a clearing and everything, and over to this side is a gentle spring near a creek and over there is-- oh look a Poke battle! Arcanite's got a Phanpy named Don Corneo and is gonna battle shinyskarmory's Ralts, Mentalist! Without hesitation, Don picks up a Rabuta Berry and uses it for a Natural Gift attack that looks like it really hurt Mentalist! Concentrating through the pain, Mentalist Calms its Mind and starts darting around for a Double Team, creating 2 clone likenesses of itself! How will Don hit the right one? Don knows, and uses Odor Sleuth to hone in on the correct target, which it nails with a second Natural Gift! Mentalist, realizing it needs to stop fooling around if it wants to win, strikes Don with a beam of Psychic energy, knocking it back a bit and lowering its stats! What an exciting start!

Ralts, I should have worried more about the Natural Gift. Teleport into the trees to dodge Bulldoze, and then use a combo of Psychic and Magical Leaf! (Intended effect: using psychic energy to launch the leaves at higher speed)

You're a little low on health, so start by Tracing Phanpy's Pickup so you can grab a Sitrus Berry without using a second action. Then, use the Psychic Leaf Combo again.

^You obviously weren't that low on health then... Try a double reversal combo at 1 HP, with STAB! :-s

The Sitrus berry will only restore 5 HP Initially, so we can nail him with a SuperNatural gift (Natural Gift + HNatural Gift Combo!). Finish him off (If he still lives) with an ice shard!

Mentalist quickly Traces Don's Pickup ability, but in taking the time to do so it eats an enormous Supernatural Gift that very, very nearly knocks it out! Still, with 1 HP, Mentalist grabs a Sitrus Berry to heal some health back before repeating its earlier Psychic Leaf combo! Don finishes cooling off and darts forward with an Ice Shard, doing enough damage to finally KO the opponent Ralts! Arcanite WINS!
