For this council we will be using a 5-person council team, and we will elect the councilmen in two different polls, to account for voter preferences changing based on certain combinations of membership. In this poll you will be voting for the last 2 members. The current members are Its_A_Random, ZhengTann, and Dogfish44
We will be using Instant Run-Off Voting or whatever this voting system is supposed to be, an explanation of which can be found here.
