Data ASB Mystery Dungeon - Zone: The Rumour [BETA SIGNUPS GOING ON!]

    A rumour has been circulating around Treasure Town. A rumour of a precious map, that is endowed with great power. At first it was dismissed.

    Why wouldn't it? Incredible tales had often been told of treasure, but had ended up being nothing more than hot air. The residents had adopted a gentle disbelief of such rumours, but it nagged at a few, who felt this rumour was more complete than the others. Some of them set out to the dungeons mentioned in the rumour, but before entering, heard a soft voice saying "Not yet...".

    They found nothing.

    However, recently, explorers did not hear this voice. They explored the places of interest, but progressively failed as they found the going mucht ougher. Meanwhile, odd storms had begun to roll over the town. They came every other day, but never actually released water. It put the town under an eerie shadow, which nobody could dispel.

    Desperate for the bright light of the sun, and conscious of the Wigglytuff Guild having moved away, the town sent a call out to all exploration teams to help them with their predicament. The weather grows worse and worse, till it seems as if the day is night, so strong are the clouds. Plants wilt, and the skin of the town's shopkeepers grows pale without sunlight.

    Their joy knows no bound when you and others arrive. They explain to you the problem, and request that you investigate the places the rumour names, and return with your findings. Some of the younger ones, who are the most sickly, also ask you to look for the legendary map, and you decide to keep that at the back of your mind.

    You head around town, purchasing anything you feel you might need, before setting out. This will not be easy, this may not be fun, but the lure of treasure drives you on.

    Beta signups for Apple Woods are now open! I will select one Solo Challenge, and one Co-Op challenge for beta. The rest of the challengers will be put on the queue, and their challenges will be treated like ordinary dungeon challenges.

    Also a note: Items in this RP can only be bought with Poke(which must be found in dungeons, and thus nobody has), so the only items that you can bring in right now are berries!

    Note 2: The beta will not be RP Locked, but any dungeon runs after that will!

    Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks outside extremely odd circumstances even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Enhanced aerial mobility. Superior senses in open air arenas.

    Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions on Circle Throw, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Storm Throw, Submission, and Vital Throw. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

    Abilities:
    Intimidate: (Can be Activated) When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing thier Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again.
    Prankster: (Innate) The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.
    Justified (Unlocked): (Innate) This Pokemon's body reacts to dark energy, invigorating its passions. When hit by a Dark-type move, the Pokemon's attack will increase one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.
