Should Infernape really be an option in the ubers tier as it will almost always be OHKO'd by even a neutral hitting move as the majority of ubers have very strong attacking stats and infernape is frail of a sorts.
Infernape has a huge asset in its Speed stat, and with its dual STAB attacks and U-turn, it can cause a decent amount of trouble for the opponent. Infernape's most common use is as a lead, ("common" being used loosely) where it makes use of a Focus Sash. So, yes, Infernape is definitely usable.

Actually, Infernape can be used as a mixed attacker as well, physical mixed, and that's his most common set.

What is a good offensive stealth rocker that doesn't have to be used as a lead. I use scizor in the lead spot so it needs to have some synergy with that.

1° Try Deoxys-A. He's very good all around and is very usefull almost always at the lead spot.

2° Blissblissblissblissblissblissblissbliss

Ok, let me elaborate. I can deal with every Palkia except the Mixed ones I see.

I already have Deoxys-A as a late game cleaner.
Check the Leads thread, there is a huge list of good anti-leads that specialise on beating Deoxys-S. Specially Defensive Groudon is a good check to most mixed Palkia, since he halves the power of Water attacks while not being 2HKOed by Spacial Rend (And 2HKOs with Earthquake in return). Ho-oh in the sun is a fantastic Palkia counter, while Lugia is not too bad either. Get rid of the rain, and Palkia is much, much easier to face.

Hail teams seem good on paper because ice STABs seem really good against all the dragons that run rampant in the format. However, Ice as a type is not very good in any format, and Ubers is no different. If you look down the list of pokemon that are commonly used in Ubers, a lot of common things can counter hail users. Opposing weather users shut down hail entirely; Dialga and Palkia take neutral damage from hail and can hit back with Flamethrower, Aura Sphere, etc.; Mewtwo outspeeds everything hail has, doesn't get hit by Ice Shard for any significant damage if it runs defense EVs, and sweeps with Aura Sphere (Shadow Ball for Froslass); Darkrai outspeeds and sleeps everything; Jirachi Flinchhaxes everything with Iron Head; Scizor is by far the biggest threat since he can kill everything he sees on a hail team; and don't get me started on what Arceus can do. Ice Shard hurts dragons in general a lot, but without attack investment it won't OHKO anything unless it's used by Mamoswine. Meanwhile, all your pokemon lose 1/4 of their health minimum by switching in, making it difficult to keep them alive if you don't OHKO them.

I understand the appeal of using a hail team in Ubers, but the fact is that other weather teams are just plain better. The two main weather users in Ubers are a physical attacking beast who also serves as an amazing tank and a pokemon with great typing who has the most powerful STAB in the game at full health. Compared to Groudon and Kyogre, and even Tyranitar to a lesser extent, Abomasnow is a slow, frail pokemon and although he has access to subseed, decent attacking stats, and good stabs, he's just plain outclassed. Mamoswine is similar in that, Brightpowder or no, he just can't function that well in his main role as a revenge killer in this metagame.

Honchkrow could be pretty decent though. His movepool is slightly lacking, as he doesn't really have any way to deal with Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Palkia, and Garchomp, but he can hit just about everything else in the metagame for good damage. A LO Subroost set would probably be the best option, as you can avoid damaging moves with Sucker Punch while still maintaining a relatively good power and coverage (Sucker Punch and Superpower technically gives perfect coverage). The danger with relying on Sucker Punch as your only STAB though is that you leave yourself open to get set up on by pokemon like Mewtwo and Giratina, who resist Superpower. There's also the issue of Scizor who can tear through your paper thin defenses while you can't retaliate with anything effective besides Heat Wave. Heck, using any attack besides Sucker Punch is risky with Honchkrow since his speed is so lackluster for Ubers. A Honchkrow set could work in Ubers, but you'd need to be very careful and it would require a lot of support.

I want to write an analysis for Venomoth, it can work as a uber lead. But what I need to do before writing an analysis on the uber analysis forum? My set basically is:

Venomoth, ability@ shield dust, item@ focus sash, jolly ev: 252atk/252spd
Moves: U-turn, toxic spikes, sleep powder, protect/ a filler

U-turn get stab, so it rival the power of Mew U-turn despite only 65 Atk, then finish Deoxy-S with priorty. T-spikes allows you to set up two layer on slow lead (Kyogre, Groudon, Dialga). Fast/Priority lead (Rayquazza, Deoxy-A etc) can be crippled with sleep powder. Shield dust protect you from Shaymin-S flinch so you can sleep powder it. Protect is a filler but it can scout what Darkari do.

How good is Mewtwo in ubers?
That largely depends on how you play him.

Mewtwo is, quite obviously, an extremely dangerous pokemon. I'd say what actually makes it that dangerous is the multitude of viable sets that it can run. With sets like Taunt+CM or Sub+CM, Mewtwo can reliably beat Blissey (which counters most of his other sets) while retaining excellent offensive capabilities. It can also use choice sets/ LO sets with its excellent coverage, and finally, it can be an excellent supporter/staller with it's supportive and disruptive moves.

Mewtwo is probably the second scariest Uber out there, right behind Arceus. Really, whatever it is that you might require for your team, Mewtwo is very likely to be able to provide.

ls dusknoir uber? better yet, is there a current tier list on the ubers/ou or is it pretty much unchanged since dpp?

I have been using lead Venomoth for a while and realize possibly a huge bug on shoddy battle: Shield dust block Taunt and Status!!
Now, what I want to ask is in game, will the ability shield dust block Taunt and Status? And is shield dust suffer a bug on Shoddy? Or is this how it suppose to be? (I may sounds nonsense, but try at least 3 uber battles using Moth and you will get what I mean)

I have faced Deoxy-S lead and countless of opponent taunt me in beginning, only get sleep by sleep powder, which then allow me to set up Toxic Spikes as taunt doesn't work!
I have also faced Darkari dark void and Dialga Thunder wave, and apparently on Shoddy both also doesn't work against my shield dust Venomoth and I sleep/set up easily.

I have posted an analysis but it was deleted by Moderator. You may think I am a troll, but please, try to use lead shield dust Venomoth (at least on Shoddy, may not be in game), because you can literally Sleep powder all non-lum berry lead without fear(Include Deoxy-S and Darkari) then set up, which is just insane IMO. Against lum berry Kyogre, Groudon, and Dialga you can set up 2 T-Spikes layers in the beginning and die, which is still a win IMO.

It's a bug. That's why you think Venomoth is better than it really is.

There's no point writing an analysis for an inaccurate Pokemon mechanics.

Ok everyone, while training my Mewtwo for my copy of SS, the All-Out Attacker set includes Selfdestruct, but after looking around to see how he learns it, I haven't found a way.

Could someone possibly explain how he gets Selfdestruct in-game?
