**Status**: If it cannot find room for Heal Bell, Audino is troubled greatly by status such as Scald burns from Pelipper or Swanna, Toxic from Pokemon such as Grumpig and Altaria, and Toxic Spikes set up by Roselia or Venipede.
**Setup Sweepers**: If Audino opts not to use Thunder Wave or Encore, it is very easily set up on by Pokemon such as Gorebyss, Huntail, Relicanth, Fraxure, Pawniard, or Raichu.
**Strong Physical Attackers**: While it is decently physically bulky, Audino stuggles to take hits from the likes of Choice Band Stoutland, Machoke, Monferno, or Choice Band Dodrio.
**Taunt, Encore, Trick, and Substitute**: Taunt, Encore, and Trick or Switcheroo can shut Audino down quite easily. Substitute users such as Rotom-F and Bouffalant can easily set up on Audino lacking Encore or Double-Edge.
- Fantastic special wall and Wish passer that works well on almost any team
- Regenerator means that it can pass Wishes while keeping itself healthy
- Normal typing gives it only one moderately common weakness
- Staple on defensive teams to the point that it's almost mandatory on said teams
- Very weak offensively; it can easily be taken advantage of by setup sweepers or Taunt users
- Effectiveness is mitigated quite a bit by entry hazards
- Very susceptable to status if not running Heal Bell

Moves
========
- Wish lets Audino heal itself and support its team
- Protect is a necessity alongside Wish in order to ensure that Audino can always heal from Wish. It also lets Audino scout Choice users.
- Knock Off can be used to cripple Pokemon such as Tangela and Clefairy and annoy most other Pokemon, while Double-Edge hits decently hard despite Audino's horrible Attack stat. However, it leaves Audino completely unable to damage Ghost-types.
- Encore is the preferred 4th move in order to keep itself from being setup fodder for just about every setup sweeper in the tier. Some examples include Pawniard, Gorebyss, and Duosion. Thunder Wave is a great choice on more offensively oriented teams as it can slow down opposing Pokemon, and Heal Bell is very useful on defensive ones to get rid of status for the team.
- Toxic can also be used to help Audino beat opposing bulky Pokemon.
Set Details
========
- Regenerator gives Audino a way to heal itself while also passing Wishes to its teammates, which is the main reason it's so good
- Leftovers is a necessity to let Audino heal itself passively
- A specially defensive spread is used in order to wall a huge number of PU's special attackers
Usage Tips
========
- Audino should mainly be used to pivot into attackers such as Floatzel, Zebstrika, Rotom-F, and Chatot.
- If it is being used on a defensive team, make sure that Audino should prioritize keeping itself alive and healthy if there are threats on the opposing team that it needs to wall, while on more offensive teams it is a bit more expendable
- If Audino is using Encore, prediction is needed for it to be useful as Audino is slower than the Pokemon that most commonly like to set up on it. For example, if Audino is facing a Gorebyss, it needs to use Encore the first turn it is out in order to stop it from setting up on and beating Audino.
- Be wary of Pokemon that can carry Trick or Switcheroo such as Floatzel and Rotom-F.
- Audino should be wary of Will-O-Wisp or Toxic from the likes of Rotom-F or Altaria, unless of course it carries Heal Bell.
- Avoid using Double-Edge when its recoil would put Audino into KO range of an incoming attack.
- If Audino is no longer needed, it can be foddered in order to get a Wish off.
Team Options
========
- Audino works great on almost any kind of team, but it works especially well on defensive ones because it can heal its teammates while simultaneously keeping itself healthy. Offensive Pokemon appreciate Wish support as well, as it allows them to pivot into attacks without taking heavy damage in the process.
- Defensive Pokemon that lack recovery such as Stunfisk, Metang, Grumpig, specially defensive Golem, and Relicanth are excellent partners for Audino. Defensive Tangela is a good partner because it forms a Regenerator core with Audino.
- Hazard removal from the likes of Vullaby, Vibrava, or Swanna is helpful so that Audino can make full use of Regenerator.
- If being used on an offensive team, a teammate that can deal with Pokemon that set up on Audino is helpful. Examples include Focus Sash Kadabra and Choice Scarf Simipour. Pokemon that enjoy paralysis support, such as Stoutland and Machoke, benefit from Thunder Wave Audino as a teammate.

Other Options
=============
- Audino can be a decent Trick Room setter thanks to its great bulk and access to Healing Wish. Healing Wish can also be run on Audino's standard set.
- Audino can run a Calm Mind set but it is very weak even after boosting and other Pokemon such as Clefairy and Duosion do a better job of being a bulky setup sweeper.
- Despite its low attacking stats Audino can also be used offensively to a decent extent on both the physical and special side thanks to hard hitting STAB moves and phenomonal coverage
- Return can be used over Double-Edge but the power drop is noticeable
