    Status: Done

    Overview:

-Bachuru has a great offensive typing
-Has the moves to use its typing
-Tension is a cool ability, preventing opponents from eating their berries
-Weak base stats are its downfall

    [SET]
    name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Thunderbolt / Electra Ball
    move 2: Bug Buzz
    move 3: Volt Change
move 4: Hidden Power Ice / Energy Ball
    item: Choice Scarf
    ability: Tension
    nature: Modest / Timid
    evs: 36 HP / 220 SpA / 236 Spe

    Set Comments:

    -Decent Scarfer
-Has 15/16 Special Attack and 24/25 Speed
-Thunderbolt is Bachuru’s strongest STAB attack
-Bug Buzz is a backup STAB that hits many Pokemon in Little Cup hard
-Volt Change is a great scouting move and hits decently hard
-Hidden Power Ice can revenge Gligar and also OHKO it on the switch in

    Additional Comments:

-Electra Ball is an alternative to Thunderbolt but usually will be less strong
-Energy Ball can be used to hit Chinchou who otherwise walls Bachuru
-EVs give max Special Attack and Speed
-Modest gives Bachuru’s bad offense a boost while Timid allows it to outspeed 16 Speed Scarfers

    [SET]
    name: Agility
    move 1: Agility
move 2: Thunderbolt / Electra Ball
    move 3: Bug Buzz
move 4: Hidden Power Ice / Energy Ball
    item: Life Orb
    ability: Tension
    nature: Modest
    evs: 36 HP / 220 SpA / 236 Spe

    Set Comments:

-With Life Orb, hits decently hard
-Reaches 16 Special Attack and 32 Speed after an Agility
-Thunderbolt is a strong STAB attack
-Bug Buzz hits the Grass types that resist Thunderbolt hard
-Hidden Power Ice hits Ground types hard (especially Gligar)

    Additional Comments:

-Electra Ball can be used for more power but is unreliable
-Energy Ball can hit Chinchou and Ground types not named Gligar
-Modest is used for the power- it has enough Speed to outspeed all Scarfers (except Scyther and Sneasel) after a Agility anyways

    Team Options:

-Entry hazard support is helpful to assist Bachuru in its sweep
    -Wynaut helps Bachuru set up
-A Gligar counter is helpful if you are using Energy Ball

    Optional Changes:

-Bachuru gets Sucker Punch, X-Scissor, Wild Bolt, and other options and can go mixed or physical
-Discharge could be used for the paralysis chance
-Bachuru can use Charge Beam to set up
-Substitute could be used to protect Bachuru when setting up

    Counters:

-The Scarf set can be trapped by Claw Shapen Diglett and set up on
    -Faster Scarfers also beat it
-The Agility set loses to priority and things that can take an attack
    -Munchlax walls Bachuru overall

    Dream World:

-Swarm isn’t much use, as it is just a situational thing. Tension is arguably better.

You mention agility is faster than all scarfers but Scyther (and even Sneasel) outpace it.

Nice catch, I'm used to Gen 4 LC where 32 Speed > scarfers, but those will probably be banned soon.

    Edited.
