I have been looking for a flawless mild horsea for a LONG time! I don't have a trade thread, but the following is a list of what I can offer:
A few flawless shinies: DW Gliscor, Scizor, and Excadrill.
Also timid HP fire 70 latios, timid HP ice 70 Rotom-w, sassy ttar with stealth rock, flawless bold Cresselia, flawless DD Scrafty, near flawless bulky DD gyarados, flawless relaxed forretress with stealth rock, flawless relaxed with stealth rock, flawless adamant DDnite, flawless careful unaware quagsire, and timid HP fire magnemite.
All of the above are fully EV trained and at level 100 (I use most for competitive battling)
except for the magnemite. Please VM/PM if we can trade!
