At first glance, he thought he was in space, but a look behind him revealed a sunset, so that was out of the picture. Meanwhile, in front of him was a platform, seemingly big enough for a Pokemon battle. This reminded Brandon of what he was doing. "Right, those two asked me to come here to ref their battle!" he said to himself. Seeing that the trainers weren't yet here, he decided to go over the rules again while he had a chance.

Water appears from nowhere, the sun will appear static over the ever-changing horizon- anything necesary can be preformed.
