    Umm, maybe some flinchhax? Although the speed tie makes it a little complex so I hope my sub is ok.

    IF Azumaril is ordered to use Encore AND the action that would be encored is Rock Polish THEN replace Rock Polish with Heavy Slam

    EDIT: Also I believe Azu should be on 81 HP. 110 - 23 (Heavy Slam) - 6 (sandstorm) = 81

    I always forget that Water resists Steel, mostly because I can imagine no earthly reason for it. Unfortunately it also means my earlier Heavy Slam should have done a lot less damage. This is also a good time to remark on the very unlucky match up I got here...

    Ability:
    Run Away: (Innate) This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena.
