    Since Bulbapedia says Counter is only affected by the last hit of a multi-hit move, I'll take Rock Blast's damage divided by the number of hits as the base for Counter's damage, unless you have any objections, which you can state while giving your next set of actions

    Yeah, it's two subs. I just wrote the two subs in one line because I was lazy. And I believe the default number of subs against all FE's according to the sub revamp is 2, so it should be completely fine.
