Rico's little brother (their mother was a ditto), Seth is a bit of a foil to his Lucario sibling in demeanor and tactics alike. Although an utter space cadet, Seth's preference to support and incapacitation over brute force make him a valuable ally.

Nature: Bold (+1 Def, -1 Atk)
Type: Normal/Flying
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.
Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon.
