    According to Sceptile's type description, Poisonpowder's accuracy should be reduced by 50%, putting it down to 25%. I could be wrong on this though.

    IRC confirms its a halving of accuracy, so the PoisonPowder would still hit (2544 <= 3750)

    Also, would you like to add in the new Substitution groupings? EDIT: Also, you need to specify a number of Subs as per SDS's new rules. MK said between 1 and 3 are allowed
