Just a note that Vulpix's Speed should be back down at +0, as it didn't use Flame Charge this round, and the boost from the round before that expired.

Now, normally I would say "Finish him" but..... there's two things wrong with that now. :/

Vulpix's Speed boost stays because not only +1 boosts with damage last for at least four actions, the stat boost timer begins after the action used to raise the stat.

Since Vulpix used Flame Charge at action 3 of Round 1, her speed lasted for all three of the actions of Round 2, and for the rest of Round 3 since stats only drop at the end of a round.

Here's an example from the audit thread.
