Drifloon (Lofty[M])
Personality: Lofty is quite... arbitrairy in his actions. He will hardly use the same move twice, unless forced into a tricky situation suach as being taunted. Despite his cluelessness, Lofty is actually one of 3 rare Malumaer heteros. Most drifloon are born in their place of origin; the underwold. However, these heteros are born in the overworld through evaporation of a volatile chemicals. Although rare, their lack of their reflective pigment, which normal drifloon recieve, slowly burns their thin bodies. This is the result of their rarity. This particular one sank down to earth as soon as it was born. When Albinoloon was traveling beside a polluted sea to search for an arena, he noticed a tug on a particular doll-shaped keychain on his backpack. As he turned around, he noticed it was this mysetrious drifloon, whom came to be known as Lofty, for the way he seemed to float aimlessly. When training, he realized that Lofty had an extremely vast and photographic memory. Sadly, however, Lofty should not have a long life, because of his genetical ailment. Albinoloon knows this and is currently pondering on a solution to this grim problem. he plans to make Lofty the star pokemon on his team.

Retaining a close relationship with her trainer, Ivaldii is an arrogant individual who can't stand to lose. She is very bratty and taunts the rest of the team by sitting on her trainer's shoulder. Her fighting style is usually airborne, but uses her amazing craftsmanship skills to create sculptures of herself as substitutes. Personality:
Personality: At full potential as a Dusknoir, Sone's personalilty drastically changed. No longer quiet and unassuming, Sone appointeed himself the leader of the team, putting himself in the spotlight, than rather lurk in the shadows. No one knows why his appearence is different from other duskull, although his childhoood in Mt. Pyre could be a clue. He has left his birthplace, becoming a rouge. He seems to chuckle on stormy nights. His tactics and mindset are of a king, strong and unrelenting. However, he also retains his battle style as a dusclops, stalling his opponent out until it drops dead right in fromt of him. Sone acts as the trainer's right hand-man, attending to the other members. Only his trainer understands him.

Type: Poison / Fighting
Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic, see and breath through smog/smokescreens/haze uninhibited. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus. Superior senses in urban settings.
Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Anticipation: (Innate)This Pokemon is better at sensing dangerous attacks, and reduced the Base Attack Power from super-effective attacks, Selfdestruct, and Explosion by two (2).
Dry Skin: (Innate) This Pokemon has spongy, yet sensitive skin, causing it to burn in bright sunlight for damage but absorb water and heal damaged tissues in rain. This effect results in dealing 2 damage/action to this Pokemon in sunlight and recovering 2 HP/action in rain. In addition, the dry skin is very vulnerable to flames and the Base Attack Power of incoming Fire attacks is increased by 2. The Pokemon absorbs the damage of water attacks and recovers 25% of HP the damage that would have been inflicted.

Whenever it hits an opponent with a contact attack, that opponent has a 30% chance of being Poisoned. "Odd-it seems perfectly untouched. Oh well-let's fight anyway.

Albinoloon sends out his first Pokemon, then ToastTyrant with actions, then Albinoloon will give his actions. You're both good enough to know that, but meh."

Alrighty Terron, let's do our best to play defensively against this bastard! I honestly can't figure out a way to play defensively against this Drifloon, so let's go all out offensive! Attempt to freeze him with a beam of ice! Hopefully we can knock him out of the air! Follow up by hitting him with a powerful thunderbolt, and finish the round with another ice beam!

Ice Beam->Thunderbolt->Ice Beam (If Ice Beam is disabled by Action 3, replace Action 3 with Sludge Bomb)

"In media res. In the middle, it begins.

Drifloon, despite the enclosed nature of the arena, feels oddly at home-the eerie light is natural to him, and he easily unleashes another Hex on his opponent. Nidoran, meanwhile, simply lacks the earth-knowledge Nidoking does-and despite his lack of comfort, he easily gazes into Drifloon's eyes, removing...something. Somehow Disabling his opponent.

Drifloon feels it-he tries to Hypnotize his foe and fails to. Nidoran easily capitalizes, blasting his foe with a Thunderbolt. The cavern itself seems to wince-it's seen deadly usage of lightning before, although there it was much more dangerous.

Drifloon easily recovers, however, and another Hex is met by an Ice Beam.

Action 1:
Drifloon uses Hex, does not crit, does 15 damage, Nidoran is not paralyzed, uses Disable on Drifloon's Hypnosis. -7 energy to Nidoran, -6 energy to Drifloon from Hex.

Action 2:
Drifloon uses Hypnosis, fails, does nothing, Nidoran is not paralyzed, uses Thunderbolt, no crit, no paralysis, deals 17 damage. -7 energy to Nidoran, -7 energy to Drifloon from his attempts.

Action 3:
Drifloon uses Hex, does not crit, does 15 damage, Nidoran is not paralyzed, uses Ice Beam, no crit, no freeze, deals 17 damage. -7 energy to Nidoran, -6 energy to Drifloon from Hex.

Round 3

Drifloon begins by Stockpiling up, boosting his defense slightly. Nidoran-M throws some Sludge Bombs at the unaware Drifloon, though gladly the defense boost repelled some of the damage. Taking advantage of Nidoran-M's paralysis, Drifloon gives him a taste of his Hex! Ooo-goo-gaa-gaa! Nidoran-M really couldn't care less about the strike though as he launches an Ice Beam from his mouth, which freezes all over the white balloon. That was just flavor though as Drifloon breaks apart from the ice and zaps Nidoran-M with another scary Hex. Nidoran-M waves his head in disagreement of the attack and fires back with a Thunderbolt, dealing significant damage to the poor balloon.

Apparently one little balloon has a bit too much HP...

Round 6

Albinoloon crackles in laughter as ToastTyrant13's mighty Gyarados finishes off his little Drifloon. The laughing man returns his fallen Pokemon and sends out a much more stronger Pokemon - Dusknoir!

Gyarados, as angry as he is, launches himself onto the bulky ghost and munches on him with his Ice Fangs. This honestly didn't really do that much damage. <_< Dusknoir takes this time to set up a Trick Room, making the arena pretty weird. And gay.

Aha! Dusknoir moves first now and slams a ThunderPunch into Gyarados's face, hitting his dual weakness right on! No matter as Gyarados propels himself into the air via Bounce and, with the help of the velocity, slams another rather dry Ice Fang into Dusknoir's body. Ohoy! It seems like a critical hit was made on impact! And a paralysis. And a freeze... (I just rolled them consecutively and they were 53, 197, and 78 for the crit, paralysis and freeze respectively.)... and the freeze lasts for 2 actions. Wow. Just... wow. Someone's life should be f...

Anyway, Dusknoir remains frozen from the impact as Gyarados recharges. Amazing action.

Gyarados (Ice Fang): (7+1) = [8 DMG] [5+2=7 EN]
Dusknoir (Trick Room): [10 EN]
