Um, I don't think you can do that Saleem S ... That's not exactly a battle, it is you trying to get an item without paying for it. Besides, you wouldn't gain the benefis nor would you keep the item. There are usually no "conditions" for a battle. (Though I am new)

You cannot force people to bring or do what you want in a battle you accept or issue; people can agree to terms for before the first action or something (like two people agreeing over IRC to have a Phione vs. Heatran flashmatch to see who is better for example) but forcing people to do something on the first action of a match irrespective of whoever accepts is a bit of a no-no. The last thing we would want in here is a full blown Edgar Clause to happen this is probably a bit of a slippery slope but forcing people to do specific things for your benefit is a dangerous precedent to set.
