Mega Evolutions: 1

Kaiju Tokyo Smackdown
Field Type
: Normal/Grass/Fire/Flying/Electric
Complexity: Moderate
Format: Brawl/Melee
Restrictions: Wide Guard has limited effects. Minimize and Rock Head have no effect.

This is it. The final smackdown to decide once and for all who is the king of the monsters. By the battle's conclusion, Tokyo will be decimated beyond belief. All Pokemon have been supersized and thus have SC 7 and WC 12. Additionally, all Pokemon ignore weight restrictions on all moves (ex. Psychic). Additionally, Wide Guard cannot protect an entire team due to the sheer size of the Pokemon. Wide Guard only protects the user and up to two other allies of the player's choice, but cannot be broken by Feint. Additionally, Flare Blitz, Wood Hammer, Brave Bird, and Volt Tackle have 4 additional BAP. The ability Rock Head and the move Minimize have no effect.

At the end of the round, some random active Pokemon take 10 damage from the Japanese Special Defense Force. Each Pokemon has a 50/50 chance of being shot at (read: damaged) by the SDF at the end of each round.
When a Pokemon is sent out, the trainer may declare a training item the trainer owns that the Pokemon can use alongside its normal, non-training item, or lack thereof. Training items include Amulet Coin, Exp. Share, Luck Incense, or Lucky Egg. Training items do not encumber the move Acrobatics or the ability Unburden. A Pokemon may not equip a training item in place of its normal item, and equip another training item on top of that. (eg, no Ralts @ Lucky Egg & Exp. Share)

Training items can be stolen by Thief or Covet only if the thieving Pokemon does not have a training item currently equipped. A non-training item and a training item cannot be stolen at the same time; if a Pokemon has no training item nor a normal item and said Pokemon uses Thief or Covet, the trainer must declare which item will be stolen. In cases like this where the trainer does not declare which item will be stolen, then the referee must RNG to determine which item will be stolen. If the ability Pickpocket activates, and the Pokemon with Pickpocket has no item whatsoever, the non-training item will take precedence over the training item.

Training items cannot be removed by Knock Off and cannot be Flung. If a Pokemon uses Switcheroo or Trick, they can swap training items or non-training items, but not both. A Pokemon may not swap a training item for a non-training item, or vice versa. For example, if Persian @ Rare Candy / Amulet Coin uses Switcheroo on Druddigon @ Life Orb / Exp. Share, Persian may swap Rare Candy and Life Orb, or Amulet Coin and Exp. Share, but not Rare Candy and Exp. Share or Life Orb and Amulet Coin.

Arena: THE UNDERGROUND DAYCARE CENTER!!!

Arena: Underground Day Care Center
An untold secret about the Day Care Center in an unspecified region. Supposedly, there is one in every region. Beneath those hallowed halls of love and care is a war pit. Declined eggs speckle the shelves on all the walls. Pokemon who battle in this place gain a boost from their Egg Group.

Pokemon belonging to two (2) egg groups gain the following effects:
Amorphous Group: The physical form of these pokemon is ever changing. This provides a flat five percent boost in evasion.
Bug Group: Gains one (1) extra attack on multi-hit attacks (Instead of hitting at least two (2) [three (3) if Bug-Type] times, Multi-hit attacks will hit at least three (3) [four (4) if Bug-Type] times). This does not ignore accuracy checks of multi-hit attacks.
Dragon Group: EN use is decreased by 10% (EN Cost * 0.9 - STAB [If Applicable])
Fairy Group: The Energy Cost of Fairy-Type Other Moves are reduced by one (1).
Field Group: This pokemon's STAB becomes five (5) instead of three (3).
Flying Group: All pokemon in this Egg Group are immune to the effects of Smack Down and do not lose the Ground immunity while using Roost.
Grass Group: These pokemon are highly in tune with the earth around them. As such, all stat changing moves are increased by one (1) additional stage.
Human-Like Group The final damage of this Pokemon's Punch, Chop, Head, and Kick moves are increased by two (2).
Mineral Group: All super effective attacks against this pokemon are reduced by three (3) BAP. All regular damage attacks against this pokemon are reduced by two (2) BAP. All not very effective attacks against this pokemon are reduced by one (1) BAP.
Monster Group: Increases this pokemon's accuracy by a flat ten percent.
Water 1 Group: Increases the effect chance of all moves by fifty percent (x1.5).
Water 2 Group: This pokemon has learned to adapt to all weathers. It dodges hail stones, sand particles, rays of light, and rain drops with ease. All this exercise has given it a fifty percent (x1.5) boost to speed in weather. This does not ignore Speed altering abilities like Chlorophyll, Quick Feet, Sand Rush, Speed Boost, or Swift Swim.
Water 3 Group: At the end of each round, this pokemon receives a one (1) stage boost to its highest true base stat. If two (2) or more of its base stats are tied for highest base stat, the referee will decide which stat is boosted.

Pokemon belonging to one (1) egg group gain the following effects:
Amorphous Group: The physical form of these pokemon is ever changing. This provides a flat ten percent boost in evasion.
Bug Group: Gains two (2) extra attacks on all multi-hit moves (Instead of hitting at least two (2) [three (3) if Bug-Type] times, Multi-Hit attacks hit at least four (4) [five (5) if Bug-Type] times). This does not ignore accuracy checks of multi-hit attacks
Ditto Group: When Transformed, the Pokemon Ditto Transformed into gains the Limber Ability.
Dragon Group: EN use is decreased by twenty percent (EN Cost * 0.8 - STAB [If Applicable]).
Fairy Group: The Energy Cost of Other Moves are reduced by one (1).
Field Group: This pokemon's STAB becomes seven (7) instead of three (3).
Flying Group: All pokemon in this Egg Group are immune to the effects of Smack Down and do not lose the Ground immunity while using Roost. This pokemon is unaffected by the secondary effects of super-effective attacks.
Grass Group: These pokemon are highly in tune with the earth around them. As such, all stat changing moves are increased by one (1) additional stage. All stat changes last one (1) more round.
Human-Like Group The final damage of this Pokemon's Punch, Chop, Head, and Kick moves are increased by four (4).
Mineral Group: All super effective attacks against this pokemon are reduced by four (4) BAP. All regular damage attacks against this pokemon are reduced by three (3) BAP. All not very effective attacks against this pokemon are reduced by two (2) BAP.
Monster Group: Increases this pokemon's accuracy by a flat fifteen percent.
Water 1 Group: Doubles (x2.0) the effect chance of all moves.
Water 2 Group: This pokemon has learned to adapt to all weathers. It dodges hail stones, sand particles, rays of light, and rain drops with ease. All this exercise has given it a fifty percent (x1.5) boost to speed. This does not ignore Speed altering abilities like Chlorophyll, Quick Feet, Sand Rush, Speed Boost, or Swift Swim.
Water 3 Group: At the end of each round, this pokemon receives a one (1) stage boost to its lowest true base stat. If two (2) or more of its base stats are tied for lowest base stat, the referee will decide which stat is boosted.

Open Challenge!

4v4 Singles (BRT must be 14 or less)
3-day DQ
2 Substitutions
0/5 Recoveries / Chills
Arena = Library of Abilities
Field Type- Neutral
Complexity- Moderate
Format- Singles/Doubles/Triples
Restrictions- Artificial arena, low ceiling, no seismic activity, always All Abilities

Library of Abilites: Somewhere deep in the empirical city (no not the famous one, the lesser known empirical city), lies a forgotten place of magical literature, The Etheral Libraries. This majestic palace of a place is getting older due to no one taking care of it, but it still holds a pwerful secret; The books! they hold descriptive passages of every known ability of man and pokemon. and since this place is magic, when you battle here the books come alive! they miss being used (refer to the kitchen ware fom beauty and the beast), and they will willingly let you use their power! As you send a pokemon in, two random books will soar straight into your pokemon, and with a flash of power, they will be incapable of using their original abilites! but fret not, they will have two new abilites! weather its for good or worse, we know not, but it sure does make for an intersting battle!

Ref RNGs two abilites for each pokemon. If a pokemon is FE then they get 3 RNG'd abilities.

The arena is 200 feet by 200 feet, square shaped. the walls of this arena are tall and dusty book shelves, and the floor is covered in a deep pruple and gold carpet, giving the place an old but magical feel. there are some lights, not too much though. every pokemon can see just fine though
