Description:

A rocky island floating in the air, with little room for any plant life. Large enough it would be hard to push one off who wasn't playing dangerously already themselves, yet small enough that running away is difficult...

Also, it turns out that Arceus finds this island an entertaining place to watch battlers. So you're probably going to get messed with a bit..

Feasibility is ignored for combo legality, except for P/E moves.
Phazing moves that would allow the player to bring out a as-of-yet not-sent-out Pokemon allow them to choose which Pokemon is sent out.
All Pokemon gain the effect of the ability Technician. This stacks with the original ability, but only if the move still has 6 or less BAP after the first increase(meaning that moves with 4 or less BAP are multiplied by 2.25x when used by a Pokemon with Technician.)
The overall and base EN cost of comboes are both multiplied by x.75.
Items that the player does not own can be used.
Pokemon automatically gain the effect of all of their signature items(except Mega Stones, although the signature items effects' do still apply to their Mega Evolutions.)
Consumables gain one extra use.
Moves that are super-effective against the user gain 1 BAP per level of super-effectiveness, while those that are resisted by the user lose 1 BAP per level of resistance. Immunities are treated as if the user has three levels of resistance.
All Pokemon can hold a 5 CC berry in addition to their other items.
The move Teleport has no effect(either evasive or switch.)
Default weather is Sandstorm.
If it would cause a Pokemon to be KO'd that action, all attacks always score a critical hit.
