- Impressive orders. U-Turn was a huge move from left field that I did not think about (mostly because I missed the move).
- Good realization that Superpower can be safely used here since you will be switching out before the stat boosts can have any real effect.
NEGATIVE Feedback:
- This is more about claiming than anything, getting either Protect or Substitute on a fresh mon is rather important, giving you a defense mechanism against a lot of things.

Alright, the switch to Duskull was predicted, and very educated. You know I have Normalize active, and thus attacking you is practically impossible. Let's take a look here though. When writing your subs, you often think of the things that are most intimidating to you. Against a Skitty, specifically mine, your biggest problem here is Foresight. Why? Because now I can pelt you with all the damage I want to do.

A sub you should've looked into:

First, a couple more things about your orders. Your first step, as jayy said, should have been to cover Foresight with a substitution, as it's my only means of damaging you. Next, you probably should have looked into doing some damage. This is a fundamental principle of ASB that is really important to keep in mind at all times: Doing damage is better than not doing damage. Feint Attack and Pursuit aren't exactly the strongest moves, but they're better than nothing. Will-o-Wisp was definitely a good call though, but after that I likely would have started just hammering away. The Copycat sub doesn't seem necessary exactly, but I guess stopping me from Copycatting WoW is useful? It might be better to just do your thing though, if you had kept these orders with a Foresight sub added I likely would have used Copycat to stall for time and allow myself to get into a better matchup.

Alright, let's see what we've got here. First big thing: if you want to try to hax me out, use Attract A1 to get your debuffs up ASAP. I know you were looking to avoid the consecutive EN penalty, but it's worth taking the 4 EN hit to give yourself a better chance at me not moving. However, I think a better strategy altogether would be to stall this round and press your advantage next round. Foresight runs out at the end of this round, and I order second next round so I can't toggle Normalize or initiate a switch phase. Although hax was an inspired strategy, I think you might have been better off playing defensive here. (note that at the time of writing this I haven't reffed the round yet so if the hax strategy works I'm about to look quite silly)

Okay, so I know you reordered, but your original orders had Feint Attack+Feint Attack A1. Let me introduce you to the Stratos Principle:

Comboing on first order is generally a terrible idea. The frontloaded damage is usually not worth the cooldown action. If you're going to combo ordering first, you NEED a sub for P/E, which your original orders didn't have. I could have just Protected A1 and given myself an absolutely free action. But even still: never combo ordering first.

Okay, let's move onto your actual orders. Your subs are pretty smart. Having a sub for NOT Foresight was a good decision, as was a P/E sub. You clearly have a strategy to KO Skitty this round; if I did nothing, Skitty would faint at the end of A3. Although I don't have a way to save Skitty, I can do plenty of damage to Duskull before going down. You might have wanted to throw in a sub for Normal-type combos; when your opponent is going to faint imminently, they will often combo on their last action alive.

So I was thinking about what you told me about not comboing when ordering first, but there's really not much else I can do here -- Duskull will almost certainly faint this turn, and because of the low amount of energy it has remaining, I can't try something like Pain Split. This Litwick is also pretty easy to sub against. My original orders involved attacking the Litwick if it was to use a damaging Ghost-type move and I had less than x HP left, but it could just get around that by using, say, Energy Ball on A2. Basically, I'm trying to do as much damage as I can here, and this seems to be the best course of action to take.

I know this is going to sound weird because I found a loophole in them, but your orders are honestly fine. You wanted to get two hits off on Litwick (either through a combo or through two Ominous Winds), and I'm not going to let you do that, but your plan was solid and you used the Imprison you had set up well. And yes, this is a situation where it is acceptable to combo ordering first.

...I feel like hax ruins all the points I try to make. Just FYI, if that WoW had connected you would have died at the end of A3 and I would have only gotten hit with 1 Ominous Wind.
