  • Still Analytic because it punishes switches, which is the most common response to Trick Room
  • Can use Mind Plate for a boosted STAB without taking Life Orb recoil
Usage Tips
========
  • Use late-game to clean or mid-game on Trick Room teams to break stuff
  • Don't set up too early because especially with Life Orb recoil and taking a hit the turn you set up Trick Room, Beheeyem gets worn down easily
  • Watch out for Sucker Punch users and Kangaskhan because they can stall out Trick Room turns and/or kill Beheeyem
Team Options
========
  • Hariyama and Gurdurr can take on Dark-types and work well under Trick Room
  • Other Trick Room users keep you from having to set it up with Beheeyem
  • Mega Audino offers Trick Room support + Wish and/or Healing Wish support
  • Carbink can also Trick Room and checks Bug-types (esp Scyther) and set SR
  • Golurk works well in Trick Room and can crush bulky Steels that can check it

Other Options

  • Nasty Plot + Recover to demolish stall
  • Nasty Plot with Energy Ball to OHKO Quagsire but Psychic 2HKOs w/o a boosting item
  • Calm Mind + Recover, mostly outclassed by Musharna
  • Colbur Berry to ease Trick Room setup
  • SIMPLE BEAM TO GET +4 NASTY PLOTS VS XATU

Checks and Counters
===================
  • Steels mostly, Ferroseed and Probopass
  • Dark-types can switch in on Psychic and threaten offensively but most outright die to Signal Beam
  • Kangaskhan's Fake Out + Sucker Punch can probably kill and can stall out Trick Room turns
  • Scyther
  • Offensive Ghosts can't switch into shit but threaten it

Couple things, this looks good tho.
  • HP Fighting hits Ferroseed as well which is something to note.
  • Dont forget to add a few examples of psychic and dark types that signal beam hits.
  • Remove the mention of 0 spe in set details of specs, I dont think the extra bulk will help much and like you said outspeeding those mons is really important.
  • In team options for specs, mention some setup sweepers and late game cleaners that can take advantage of Beheeyem's wallbreaking.
  • Twistedspoon > Mind Plate because spoons are cooler than plates haha
  • Remove defensive set from OO
