All 25 of my Lansat plants yielded 5, given that that's how many everyone is getting I'm pretty sure that is the maximum.

With equal care,
with Boost Mulch almost all of my Lansats yielded 3-4, with a single one yielding 5.
with Rich Mulch all of my Lansats yielded 4-5.
