The first thing I noticed about this team is a huge lack in breaking power. No boosting sweepers means the team relies purely on the raw power of Deoxys-Attack and Primal Groudon, two relatively easy Pokemon to counter. In particular, the only thing that threatens Chansey on this team is Primal Groudon, everything else simply fails to do noteworthy damage given that Deoxys is not carrying Superpower for some reason. With Groudon being the only thing that required countering after picking Chansey, I added Arceus-Ground to fill the role but also provide additional support in the form of Defog, which makes Tentacruel's Toxic Spikes much less threatening. It is also worth noting that because Arceus-Ground can check Diancie as well, it takes some pressure off Chansey and allows the latter to save Soft-Boiled PP in the long run. Chansey in turn makes Diancie and Tentacruel's status much less threatening with Heal Bell support, allowing Arceus to further threaten these Pokemon. This core does not win as quickly as the other ones, but it is practically impossible for the given team to break through this.
