[SET COMMENTS]

With a massive base Attack, respectable Speed, and handy resistances, Breloom can make use of a Choice Band quite well. Superpower is Breloom's most powerful STAB option and while the drop in Attack and Defense after each use may seem somewhat unappealing; Breloom will often be switching out after a single turn anyway. Still, Sky Uppercut can be used if the drawbacks to Superpower are a concern. Brick Break is an option as well, but even after the Attack drop Superpower still hits harder than Brick Break would. Seed Bomb is a reliable Grass-attack, striking a powerful blow on bulky Ground- and Water-types. Stone Edge hits most Flying-types hard, which love to come in on Breloom's STAB moves. The final slot is up to personal preference. Mach Punch is a good choice since a STAB priority move can often come in handy. However, even on a Choice set, a 100% accurate Sleep move in Spore can be difficult to forgo. Although situational, Facade is useful. If Breloom becomes poisoned, Facade will have 140 base power, making it Breloom's strongest option against Celebi, Weezing, and Gliscor.

The EVs are fairly standard for a Choice Banded Pokemon. Max Attack maximizes Breloom's offensive potential and 184 Speed EVs outruns Adamant Tyranitar, which you can promptly OHKO. The remaining 72 EVs are delegated to HP and give Breloom a bit of extra bulk.

When choosing the ability, Effect Spore could come in handy if you get lucky (although should not be used with Spore). However, Poison Heal is also a very useful ability, and the recommended choice. If poisoned, Breloom would be recovering 12% HP per turn, whilst maintaining massive power, and given the relative commonality of Toxic and Toxic Spikes Breloom should be able to become poisoned relatively easily.

Changes in bold.

With a massive base Attack, respectable Speed and handy resistances, Breloom can use a Choice Band incredibly well. Superpower is Breloom's best answer for a STAB Fighting move. With 120 base power and STAB, anything that does not resist it will be hit hard. Even after the Attack drop, Superpower still hits hard, harder than Brick Break would. Seed Bomb is a strong and reliable attack, hitting any bulky waters or bulky grounds <omit 'incredibly' to avoid repitition> hard. Stone Edge hits any Flying types hard, which love to come in on Breloom's STAB moves. The final slot is all down to what you need. Mach Punch means it can revenge kill effectively, whereas Spore can disable an opponent's Pokemon, putting you at an advantage. Although situational, Facade is useful. If Breloom becomes Poisoned, Facade will have 140 base power, making it Breloom's strongest option against Celebi, Weezing and Gliscor.

Flows better.

The EVs are fairly standard for a Choice Band Pokemon. Max Attack increases Breloom's potential to deal significant damage, which is the whole point of the set. 184 Speed out speeds Adamant Tyranitar, whom you can promptly OHKO with one of your STAB moves. 72 HP gives Breloom a little bulk, which is always handy for a Pokemon that is constantly switching.

Again, flows better.

When choosing the ability, Effect Spore can come in extremely handy, if you get lucky. However, Toxic Heal is also a very useful ability. If Poisoned, Breloom would be recovering 12% HP per turn, whilst maintaining a massive offence. On an offensive set like this, survivability really is tuned down. With Poison Heal, Breloom can, to a certain extent, keep some durability.

252 Speed with a Jolly nature will allow you to beat out Adamant Gyarados by a point, for what it's worth. And Poison Heal should always be the preferred ability, in case you have to switch into Toxic Spikes or something.

A Scarf variant of this is also perfectly viable, with Spore in the last slot, obviously.

If this has already been reserved, woops.

Editted with misaki's changes.

I was thinking of just calling this ChoiceLoom and adding about Choice Scarf, but it would need completely different EVs and descriptions.

I could add a mention of it, if people wanted me to.

Put a paragraph about Choice Scarf in the Set Comments and the alternate EVs that would accompany a Choice Scarf. I've used both Scarf & Band Breloom and I feel they play similarly enough to fit into a single set. I really do think Poison Heal is the preferred ability though, particularly on the Choice Scarf set. If you come in on a Toxic or Toxic Spikes you now have immunity to WoW and Thunder Wave. Effect Spore could get you out of a tight spot, but I think Poison Heal is superior over all.
