The Gym Leader sends his final pokemon Scadi the Syclant annd bring home victory. I must say, considering the last pokemon Complications has that was an odd choice...especially considering the berry he equipped (Babiri). But the Gym Leader probably has some trick up his sleeve.
Scadi begins this round quickly by using Bug Bite to damage Optimus while is cools down. And then proceeds to end this round quickly with Brick Break smashing the Bisharp before it could even act due to an illegal substitution.
And now both trainers are stuck to their last pokemon. Let's see how this pans out.
Syclant: Bug Bite: 9+3= 12 damage for 4 energy

Lyr the Frillish is sent out with the mission of bringing home the bacon. After being hurt by Stealth Rock, Lyr Evolves to a Jellicent and becomes a much bigger problem for Scadi.
And Lyr begins the round by using Magic Coat to reflect status attacks, which worked like a charm, as Syclant intended to use Toxic, which bounced back at Scadi, badly poisoning it.
On the second turn, Scadi uses Focus Energy to get pumped up, while Lyr attacks with Hydro Pump. Finally, Lyr attacks with Scald and Scadi counters with Solarbeam.

Scadi the Syclant begins this last round by using Bug Bite to eat Lyr's Rindo Berry, which was the most crucial move of this match, probably. Also, it is still pumped, so all attacks from Syclant = critical hit this round, k?. Also no cursed body
Lyr counterattacks with a blast of pressurized water, aka Hydro Pump.
On the second round Syclant starts collecting Solar Energy while Lyr attacks with Scalding water. Some time later, Scadi attacks with a burst of solar energy, a Solar Beam for great damage! also.

Finally, Lyr attacks again with Hydro Pump, but to no avail, and finally Scadi ends this match with a combination of Hyper Beam + Solar Beam which KOes Lyr! Jellicent fainted!
