I'm not really sure where to put this, but I thought this was funny and I sort of want an explanation. Below are two screenshots of my alt's rank as I tried to get 110+ losses before losing.


One has 110 total battles with 108 losses and a 10.1 GXE. The next has 111 total battles with 109 losses and an astonishing 10.2 GXE. Losing actually raised my GXE, haha. If only that'd happen normally.

At a guess, there is now a smaller margin of error, and it rounded up. GXE is supposed to be your probability of winning against an average player, but there is always uncertainty (like the +- in the glicko -1). It looks to me that since your glicko didn't change (the only difference is in the precision), it just hit the oint where it rounds up rather than down.

That's not a Vaporeon but a Clawitzer and it used Ice Beam which is an Ice move...

Please stop posting unless you have a real bug to report.

EDIT: If you have the replay of the 1st time feel free to share otherwise this is pointless.
 
This isn't exactly a bug but if you use Mega Tyranitar and mega evolve, the sandstorm counter will still say the maximum number turns is a possibility even though it's clear you don't have Smooth Rock if you've already mega evolved. I'd put it under Suggestions, in showing the real amount of remaining turns if it's already clear the summoner does not have a duration-increasing item.
 
Bug: Lopunny cannot naturally learn swords ddance or extreme speed in the games, but in pokemon showdown it can use them in its move set, and is also in the recommended move set
 
When I add a physical move to a 'mon that I want to still have 0 IVs in Atk (Knock Off Tentacruel to be specific), the teambuilder keeps making the IVs 31 again.
 
Hi, I've been trying to challenge my friend, but its not working. He has a mac, and i use windows 10. We both use google chrome. When I challenge him, he sees this.

On my end, everything looks normal but on his end, the challenge seems to be the small orange bar at the top of the chat. There's no accept, reject, tier or team selection option. Refreshing the page and challenging again doesn't appear to affect the bug at all.

It also seems to only affect challenges i send to a mac, because when I challenge other windows users, like HolyShiny(Arceus), it works fine. Idk if its just when one user challenges other user with a different os, but it definitely affects windows users challenging mac users.

That would likely be because you selected a blank set, which carries no moves. You are supposed to either click one of the premade sets or alter them by adding in moves/evs/items/abilities.
I understand what you mean but there are not premade sets for some pokemon when I use the calculator on Chrome, however the sets are there when using Mozilla. For example, Lando T. Using Chrome: http://prntscr.com/bcf6ak. Using Mozilla Firefox:http://prntscr.com/bcf6fh

I don't really know if the topic is fitted to my question but : is that normal that in Gen 3 OU, the sleep counter resets after swtiching ?

I did a mock battle real quick to illustrate my issue : http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen3ou-383027613 (yes it's a ladder battle because I have no friends)

At turn 21, with Zapdos, asleep because of a prior usage of Rest, I use Sleep Talk twice, making it 2 turns of sleep. I switch out on Skarmory, then reswitch on Zapdos. Still asleep, I'm able to use Sleep Talk twice before waking up. I was asleep for a total of 4 turns.

Am I missing a factor ? I checked on Bulbapedia, and, in accordance with my memories, it shouldn't reset : http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Sleep_(status_condition)
