disconnect problems

I got disconnected for some reason, so I hit reconnect.When i came back to the game it was the exact same pokemon in battle but we couldnt battle and i lost because i couldn't battle but he could hit kick inactive players:evan:.I lost the battle which caused me to go lower on the ladder :( (ps: this was on rated random.

So what happened here was I dies fro destiny bond a turn after the affect was supposed to be gone since it goes for that turn and the turn after, but here it lasted for 2 more turns, this all happened on turn 15. Hope you understand that :P
that's supposed to happen, since qwilfish was fully paralysed on turn 14 and didn't use a move, hence dbond was not reset
 
Apologies if already mentioned, but moves like Outrage, Thrash, Petal Dance use up an extra PP each time they hit. In the game, only 1PP is required for the full 2-3 hits.

@ Baz, are you sure it wasn't pressure? Things like Zapdos use pressure, as it's its only ability, and I think it's moltres's only ability too... so if it was, I do believe it uses up two.

EDIT: You implied that it might use up 3PP, if so, I don't think Pressure would do that... and then that's a bug :/
 
No, not pressure. When you use Outrage for example, you have to click the move again for it to make its second/third hit. When clicking, a PP is wrongly taken off each time.
 
Not really a bug, but this needs to be fixed. When a Pokemon does Hyper Beam and it misses, it still says recharge even though no recharge is necessary due to Hyper Beam missing.

First of all, the modlog seems to be broken.

These kind of issues generally stem from lag, which can cause the server to be confused about how many times you hit the find battle button and potentially mix up users and their teams?
 
I previously posted a similar bug and i think ihave a little bit of an idea of what happened. I suffer from the D/C problem and i have found that it will repair itself sometimes for about 20 mins or so. However after 20 mins it seems to just replay my last command over and over again. I have attached to two images as an example.

another question is will the d/c problem be fixed or should players that have it just quit?

Did the Pokemon have the ability, Contrary? Because then that would be normal. I believe Spinda is the only one to have that move+ability Combo.

This is pretty well known by now, as 2-turn moves like Dig also use extra PP. Also, it also happens with Rollout as well. I haven't seen anyone mention it specifically so I thought I'd report it.

At one point, I was disconnected from Showdown when the server reset but when I tried to reconnect, it said the name 'Metleon' was already taken. What was really weird was that it was already taken by me and the server must have not truly DC'd me from last time and thought I was connecting from somewhere else. It fixed itself when I refreshed the page, so it's not a top priority.
 
There needs to be a better way to hide zoroark. Whenever you switch something in, it pops up in the first slot
 
My opponent stood there doing nothing, and I got d'ced probably cuz of lag about 3 times but I came back, clicked "kick for inactivity", and I got d'ced again and when I came back I had to redo that. But then I just lost all of the sudden, even tho it didnt took me more than 20 secs to come back. Oh yeah, also when I come back (everytime) I look at the opponets side of the field. Here is the log:

My opponent's Altaria used Outrage, I put it to sleep, it slept one turn, woke up, used Outrage again, and became confused. I believe Outrage's counter is supposed to stop if the user is stopped from attacking, so Altaria shouldn't have gotten confused after that first Outrage after waking up.

This is a problem I've found when playing from my iPod Touch. When I first created a name on the site with my iPod (which I always play from), it didn't ask for a password or anything like that. Now, however, when I try to play, it says:

Your authentication token was invalid.
Someone else registered your username because you didn't. You should register your username so this doesn't happen.
 
This happened on a Random Battle, his Stunfisk used Hidden Power against my Ferroseed, it was neutral and my opponent said it was Ice, but after he used rest, used sleep talk and got hidden power, it wasn't very effective. Log:

I was making a new team in text mode and I copy-pasted a set that had a typo in it: instead of "Shedinja @ Lum Berry" it had "Shedinja@lum berry" with no spaces before and after the @. This caused Showdown to immediately send me back into the team list, disallowing me from ever opening the team again. The button is still there, but it doesn't do anything.

Another one of my teams works fine but refuses to enter text mode. I have no idea why this happens.
