[OVERVIEW]

Bug

========

Due to its good physical bulk, Buzzwole is a big threat to Dragon-type teams, taking out threatening Pokemon, such as Dragonite and Kyurem-B, with Ice Punch and Superpower. Buzzwole is primarily used as a Choice Scarf user on Bug teams, allowing it to deal with problematic Fire- and Rock-types such as Heatran, Mega Charizard Y, and Terrakion. Buzzwole's ability Beast Boost, along with a massive base 139 Attack stat, makes it a threatening revenge killer, boosting its Attack after it knocks out a Pokemon. Its part Fighting typing makes it neutral to Rock-type attacks, and this paired with its good physical bulk means it is able to tank attacks such as Stone Edge from the likes of Terrakion and Mega Tyranitar, which can only 3HKO and 2HKO it, respectively. However, Buzzwole’s low Special Defense means it is easily threatened by special attackers and has almost no opportunities to switch into them, as it risks getting 2HKOed even by attacks that it resists. It is generally overshadowed by Heracross on Bug-type teams, as Heracross has access to better STAB moves in Close Combat and Megahorn, a higher Speed stat, and a similar ability to Beast Boost, Moxie. However, Buzzwole has much greater physical bulk than Heracross, surviving a +6 Aqua Jet at full health from Azumarill. It also pressures Dragon-type teams, a troublesome matchup for Bug. Its mediocre Speed makes it vulnerable to being revenge killed by faster Choice Scarf users, such as Latios and Victini. Buzzwole's part Fighting typing is a disadvantage for it in matchups against Psychic teams, as Buzzwole often does not run Bug-type moves, so it struggles to break past Pokemon such as Slowbro and defensive Mew.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Superpower is the strongest STAB move on the set, severely denting neutral targets and dealing with the problematic Steel- and Rock-types for Bug teams. Ice Punch allows Buzzwole to pressure Dragon-type teams, as Bug otherwise lacks access to Ice-type moves and struggles to deal with Dragon-type teams offensively. Ice Punch, when combined with Superpower, allows Buzzwole to threaten Dragon, as Kyurem-B fears Superpower, which makes the rest of the team vulnerable to Ice Punch. It can also deal with Ground-types, such as Landorus and Gliscor. Stone Edge is important in order to deal with Flying- and Fire-type threats, such as Mega Charizard Y, Mantine, and Volcarona, all of which are huge threats to Bug-type teams. Earthquake allows Buzzwole to deal with Rock- and Poison-types like Mega Diancie and Toxapex. It also has amazing coverage with Stone Edge, forming the EdgeQuake combination that hits a lot of types for super effective damage. Leech Life gives Buzzwole some recovery and a reliable Bug-type STAB move that can pressure opposing Psychic-type teams; however, Buzzwole has to forgo important offensive coverage.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack investment optimizes Buzzwole's overall damage output. Maximum Speed investment, along with a Jolly nature and a Choice Scarf, allows Buzzwole to deal with threats such as Mega Charizard Y, Tapu Koko, and Mega Diancie, be an effective revenge killer and check to threats to Bug-type teams. Its ability Beast Boost allows it to get an Attack boost after each Pokemon it KOes. This not only makes Buzzwole difficult to stop defensively, but it is especially helpful when using Superpower, as Beast Boost negates the drop in Attack after it manages to get a KO.

Usage Tips
========

Due to its typing, Buzzwole has key resistances to Ground-, Dark-, and Fighting-type attacks, which grants it some opportunities to switch in. Smart double switches and U-turn pivots from the likes of Scizor allow Buzzwole to come in safely to revenge kill threats without taking unnecessary damage. Proper predictions should be made, as locking Buzzwole into a certain move can allow opposing Pokemon to set up freely; for example, Ground teams can predict Ice Punch, switching into Seismitoad or Mamoswine and sacrificing Buzzwole’s momentum. Status moves, such as moves that inflict paralysis and burns, should be avoided at all costs, as they make Buzzwole unable to revenge kill threats that it is supposed to. Due to its low special bulk, Buzzwole should not be switched in on special moves, as even weak special attacks can easily 2HKO it. Even though Buzzwole has good physical bulk, it shouldn't switch into physical attacks often to remain healthy, especially if it is needed to revenge kill a certain threat for the team. Superpower lowers Buzzwole's Attack and Defense stats by one stage, so it should be used cautiously, because it forces Buzzwole out and can let a foe set up; the lowered Defense also makes Buzzwole more prone to being revenge killed. However, its ability Beast Boost negates the Attack drop after it knocks out a Pokemon. One should be cautious of switching Buzzwole into certain Pokemon like Garchomp, which potentially carry a coverage move such as Fire Blast, weakening Buzzwole. As Buzzwole is an asset against Dragon-type teams, it should be preserved to revenge kill threats such as Dragonite, Garchomp, and Kyurem-B. Buzzwole can easily tank Extreme Speed from Choice Band Dragonite due to its high physical bulk, and it can also score an OHKO with Ice Punch if Multiscale is no longer in effect. Scizor should be preserved, as it can Pursuit trap Choice Scarf Latios.

Team Options
=========

Galvantula makes for a fantastic teammate, as it not only provides Sticky Web support for Buzzwole but also deals with bulky Water-types that trouble it, since Galvantula has access to Thunder and Energy Ball. Choice Band Scizor is a good teammate, bringing Buzzwole in safely with U-turn while also providing the team with priority Bullet Punch to deal with threats like Mega Diancie, Nihilego, and Terrakion. Scizor can also provide Pursuit support to trap and take out troublesome Pokemon for Buzzwole, such as Latios and Victini. Mega Scizor is another good teammate for Buzzwole, as it appreciates Buzzwole covering threats for it, such as Mega Charizard Y. Mega Scizor can pressure and break down common checks as well as act as a sweeper by setting up Swords Dance. Volcarona deals with physical walls that Buzzwole has a hard time breaking, such as Celesteela and Skarmory, while Buzzwole takes care of special walls like Chansey for Volcarona to sweep more easily. Armaldo and Forretress are good teammates because both provide Rapid Spin support, since Buzzwole is susceptible to all forms of entry hazards. They also provide Buzzwole with Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes, which makes cleaning teams easier for Buzzwole. Armaldo also provides Buzzwole with Knock Off support, which allows Buzzwole to deal with Pokemon such as defensive Staraptor and Toxapex much more easily. Mega Pinsir is another good teammate, as it can wallbreak with Swords Dance, which pressures common checks and opens up walls for Buzzwole. Araquanid provides Buzzwole with good defensive support with Assault Vest to sponge strong special attacks, such as Fire Blast from Mega Charizard Y, which threaten Buzzwole. It is also a good status absorber for Buzzwole, as Water Bubble makes it immune to burns. Due to its ability Speed Boost, Scolipede can function quite effectively even without Sticky Web support, outspeeding threatening Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Victini, which Choice Scarf Buzzwole cannot outspeed. Scolipede also puts in a lot of work against Psychic-type teams with Megahorn.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Bug
--------

Poison Jab can be used to deal with Fairy-types like Azumarill; however, it is situational and outclassed by other moves on the set due to better coverage. A Choice Band set can be used as a wallbreaker to open up big holes for teammates, but it is put at risk by common threats due to its mediocre Speed stat. A stallbreaker set with Taunt can be used to have an easier time dealing with walls, as it prevents them from setting up or using recovery moves.

Checks and Counters
===================

Bug
---------
**Revenge Killers**: Faster revenge killers, such as Choice Scarf Latios and Victini, can easily take out Buzzwole with their STAB moves.

**Physical Walls**: Buzzwole finds it hard to get past physical walls, such as Skarmory, Celesteela, Slowbro, and even bulky Mew if Buzzwole is lacking Leech Life.

**Mega Sableye**: Mega Sableye easily checks Buzzwole, as it is immune to Superpower and can burn Buzzwole with Will-O-Wisp, rendering Buzzwole useless.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types, notably Clefable, have little to fear from Buzzwole, since Clefable has good bulk and can recover off the damage with Soft-Boiled and proceed to take out Buzzwole with its STAB Moonblast.

**Special Attackers**: Due to its poor Special Defense, Buzzwole is easily threatened by most special attackers and risks getting severely weakened or knocked out.

**Mega Venusaur**: Buzzwole is easily checked by Mega Venusaur, as it can tank hits due to its solid bulk and heal with Synthesis. It can wear down Buzzwole with Leech Seed and Hidden Power Fire.

Overview:
- I wouldn't really mention Roost. I can't find any reason to use it at all, even in the current meta that we have right now. Would rather remove it from this section since it's not important.
- I would be a bit more specific with Buzzwole's typing, having a neutrality to Rock-type attacks such as Terrakion and Mega Tyranitar's Stone Edge is great and coupled by its bulk, can take them pretty well (Terrakion's being a 3HKO Scarf, 2HKO from +2 SD, and Mega Tyranitar's being a 2HKO under sandstorm iirc. Can check for calcs since I'm unable to atm).
- Maybe discuss what its typing holds it back on. Buzzwole does have its banes against certain types, especially those that tend to carry super effective coverage moves to beat it.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf (Bug)
move 1: Stone Edge Superpower
move 2: Superpower Stone Edge
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Ice Punch /Leech Life
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Beast Boost
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Would prefer these two to be swapped since they matched the order of the moves description below.

Moves:
- You mentioned Garchomp twice in the list of threats for Ice Punch to hit. I'd probably add Gliscor to that list.

Set Details:
- I would definitely talk about what important threats Buzzwole outspeeds while holding a Choice Scarf (yes you also need to include Jolly nature in there too).
- Even though Buzzwole has only 1 ability, you should still explain what it does. It'll get an Attack boost after each Pokemon it KOes. Also, this is especially helpful if Buzzwole manages to KO a threat with Superpower as Beast Boost negates the stat drop in Attack.

Usage Tips:
- On your prediction sentence, I would give a scenario in which Buzzwole would have to deal with that situation.
- Not only U-turn pivots but Buzzwole generally likes double switching into things as well.
- Even though Buzzwole has great physical bulk, it shouldn't be needed to switch into physical attacks a lot if it still needs to check / counter threats that oppose Bug teams.
- Talk a bit about Superpower and when it's appropriate to use. Buzzwole is pretty much forced to switch out if it fails to KO after 1 use (you know -1 in Attack and -2 in Defense which would give it the possibility to being revenge killed or set up upon).
- Since Buzzwole is pretty much utilizing Choice Scarf, it would ultimately want to be used mid- or late-game, especially once all of its checks and counters are gone or weakened to clean up because you certainly don't want to keep having to switch out numerous times against the opposing team if they have something to counter it.
- Talk about how Buzzwole should be careful playing against threats that could potentially carry coverage moves or switching into them.

Team Options:
- Add Araquanid being the status absorber of any Will-O-Wisp attacks thanks to Water Bubble keeping it immune to it so Buzzwole can avoid that.
- Would also add Scolipede here. Biggest niche it has over the others as well as Buzzwole is Speed Boost, great for outspeeding Choice Scarf users that would outspeed Buzzwole as well as problematic faster threats that still outspeed Buzzwole even when it's holding Choice Scarf. Not to mention Scolipede checking Psychic-types with Megahorn, which further pushes Buzzwole on running Ice Punch for Dragon-types.

Checks and Counters:
- I would also give Clefable a mention here too. Buzzwole is completely stopped by it and even Poison Jab is only a 3HKO. Clefable can just easily Soft-Boiled and beat it with Moonblast.

Here you go

Overview:
- First line has to talk about being a huge threat to Dragon teams. That's the main reason to use Buzzwole at all, as Heracross is better for a lot of cases.
- Don't talk about Thunder Punch. It's not used at all.
- The line about its poor Special Defense is rather bland. Anyone can see its base 53 Special Defense, and anyone can know that's bad. Talk about why that's bad and what that means for Buzzwole.
- When discussing Heracross, do talk about why Buzzwole can be superior, namely its matchup vs Dragon and greater physical bulk.
- The last line about its typing is confusing. How does Fighting particularly do anything even worse there when Bug is already going to struggle in those two matchups? Why not discuss Psychic?

Set:
- Moving Ice Punch to Move 2 because half the reason we use Buzzwole at all is for Dragon.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf (Bug)
move 1: Superpower
move 2: Ice Punch
move 3: Stone Edge
move 4: Earthquake / Leech Life
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Beast Boost
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Moves:
- Reorder this properly.
- In general, these are kind of pointless lines. Obviously a Rock-type move hits Flying-types. While it's good you gave specific examples, it'd also be nice if you could talk about why it's important. Something like, Buzzwole's Ice Punch allowing it to threaten all of Dragon when combined with Superpower to hit Kyurem-B, and the EdgeQuake combination being amazing coverage, etc.

Set Details:
- It doesn't need Jolly to outspeed any of those other than Tapu Koko. Add Mega Lopunny as an example over Mega Charizard Y and Mega Diancie. Also, Choice Scarf is why it can outspeed them at all, so probably talk about those two points in the same thought.

Usage Tips:
- A lot of these lines need more elaboration (and even contradict each other sometimes):
*Due to its good physical bulk,Buzzwole can be switched in on some physical moves such as Ground,Dark and Fighting type attacks.
*Buzzwole can also be used to punch holes mid to late game with its high base attack stat.
*Even though Buzzwole has good physical bulk it shouldn't be switched on physical attacks a lot especially if it is needed to revenge kill a certain threat for the team.
*Buzzwole can also be used to punch holes mid to late game with its high base attack stat.
* Smart double switches and U-turn pivots from the likes of Scizor allow Buzzwole to come in safely in order to revenge kill threats.

In general, please fix this section up. A lot of this is just really short not very useful comments that anyone with basic knowledge of Pokemon such as the type table could understand.

Team Options:
- Nothing on Mega Scizor?
- About Armaldo, Knock Off on Porygon2 doesn't really matter when even a full HP Porygon2 can't switch into Superpower, and it's always 2HKOed if Stealth Rock is up. A better example?

Other Options:
- Honestly don't even have Thunder Punch here.

Checks and Counters:
- Don't mention Poison Jab for Clefable. In fact, Clefable should just be in a broader Fairy-types section in general that check Buzzwole.
- Entry hazards don't particularly threaten Buzzwole like they would certain other Pokemon, so not worth it here.

Tag me after you fix up the Usage Tips section to give it another look.

I would still like more specific Usage Tips on the Dragon matchup, which is really 80% of why you're even using Buzzwole. Add some stuff on that, and we'll call it QC 2/3.

- You don't really explain why having Ice Punch for Dragon-types is important. The reason being that Bug generally lacks Ice-type coverage and struggles with pressuring Dragon offensively otherwise.
- You need to explain why Stone Edge hitting Fire- and Flying-types is so important for Bug.

Looks fine otherwise. QC 3/3

Harpp implement that ^^ then tag me.

Before sending an analysis to GP, please proofread what you’ve written with the Spelling and Granmar Standards. I can understand when people struggle with English, but the GP team, and even less so amcheckers, shouldn’t have to capitalise Pokemon names and moves for you. Even though we are here to fix up your analysis, reading through it makes it a lot easier to be GPed and therefore uploaded more quickly. Using this method to implement should take under 10 minutes.

regarding what CloudyNatu said about spacing, I removed the double spaces/added spaces that should be there, so using the video method keeps these.

Due to its access to Ice Punch and Superpower combined with good physical bulk, Buzzwole is a big threat to Dragon-type teams, (AC) taking out. (RP) It is able to take out threatening Pokemon, such as Dragonite and Kyurem-Black, with Ice Punch and Superpower. Buzzwole is primarily found as a Choice Scarf user on Bug-type teams. A Choice Scarf allows Buzzwole Bug teams, allowing it to deal with problematic Fire-(AH) and Rock-types for Bug-type teams, (RC) such as Heatran, Mega Charizard Y, (AC) and Terrakion. Buzzwole's ability Beast Boost, along with a massive 139 base 139 Attack stat, makes it a threatening revenge killer, (AC) boosting its Attack as its most proficient stat gets increased by one stage after it knocks out a Pokemon. Its part Fighting typing makes it neutral to Rock-type attacks, and thanks to that benefit this paired with its good physical bulk, (RC) means it is able to tank attacks such as Stone Edge from the likes of Terrakion and Mega Tyranitar. Unboosted Terrakion 3HKOes Buzzwole with Stone Edge while Mega Tyranitar 2HKOes with Stone Edge after sandstorm damage. Buzzwole has low Special Defense, (RC) at base 53, which means it is easily threatened by special attackers and has almost no switch-inopportunities to switch into them, as it risks getting 2HKOed, (RC) evenwith special by attacks that it resists. It is overshadowed by Heracross on Bug-type teams, as Heracross has access to better STAB moves, such as Close Combat and Megahorn, a higher Speed stat, and a similar ability to Beast Boost, Moxie. However, Buzzwole has much greater physical bulk than Heracross, (AC) surviving a +6. (RP) It lives an Aqua Jet at full health from Azumarill after Belly Drum which Heracross doesn't live. It also pressures Dragon-type teams, (AC) which are a troublesome matchup for Bug-type teams. Its mediocre 79 base Speed makes it vulnerable to revenge killing being revenge killed by faster Choice Scarf users, such as Latios and Victini. Buzzwole's part Fighting typing is a disadvantage for it in matchups against Psychic teams such as Psychic-type, as Buzzwole usually does not run Bug-type moves (that's not true; leech life is slashed. would change to often doesn't run Bug-type moves if that fits the meta better) on its set. On Psychic-type teams, so it struggles to break past Pokemon such as Slowbro and defensive Mew.

Superpower is a STAB move and the strongest STAB move on the set. (RP) It not only, (AC) severely dents denting neutral targets, but also deals and dealing with the problematic Steel-(AH) and Rock-types for Bug-type teams. Ice Punch is an important coverage move that Buzzwole brings to the table that allows it Buzzwole to pressure Dragon-type teams, as otherwise Bug-type teams lack otherwise lacks access to Ice-type moves and struggles to deal with Dragon-type teams offensively. Ice Punch, when combined with Superpower, allows Buzzwole to threaten Dragon-types, as Kyurem-Black fears Superpower, which makes the rest of the team vulnerable to Ice Punch. It is also a great coverage move on the set allowing it to can also deal with Ground-types, such as Landorus and Gliscor. Stone Edge is important in order to deal with Flying-(AH) and Fire-type threats, such as Mega Charizard Y, Mantine, (AC) and Volcarona, all of which are huge threats to Bug-type teams. Earthquake allows Buzzwole to deal with Rock-(AH) and Poison-types like Mega Diancie and Toxapex and Mega Diancie. It also has amazing coverage with Stone Edge, forming the EdgeQuake combo combination that hits a lot of types for super effective damage. Leech Life is an option to use on the set as it allows gives Buzzwole some recovery and a reliable Bug-type STAB move that can pressure opposing Psychic-type teams; however, it has to forgo important offensive coverage.

Maximum Attack investment allows Buzzwole to maximizes Buzzwole's its overall damage output. Maximum Speed investment, along with a Jolly nature, allows Buzzwole to deal with threats such as Mega Charizard Y, Tapu Koko, (AC) and Mega Diancie. A Choice Scarf as an item lets makes Buzzwole to be an effective revenge killer and a check to threats to Bug-type teams. Its ability Beast Boost allows it to get an Attack boost after each Pokemon it KOes. This not only makes Buzzwole difficult to stop defensively, but it is especially helpful when using Superpower, as Beast Boost negates the drop in Attack after it manages to get a kill. KO.

Usage Tips
========

Due to its typing, Buzzwole has key resistances to Ground, Dark and Ground-, Dark-, and Fighting-type attacks, which grants it some switch-in opportunities. Smart double switches and U-turn pivots from the likes of Scizor allow Buzzwole to come in safely to revenge kill threats in without taking unnecessary damage to revenge kill threats. As with every Choice Scarf user, Proper predictions should be made, as locking Buzzwole into a certain move can allow opposing Pokemon to set up freely; (AC) for example, Ground teams can predict Ice Punch, switching into Seismitoad or Mamoswine and sacrificing Buzzwole’s momentum. For example, when against a Ground-type team, proper prediction is needed because if the opponent predicts an Ice Punch, then the opponent can switch into Seismitoad or Mamoswine to tank the attack, which forces Buzzwole to switch out, losing momentum and allowing them to freely fire off a move and gain momentum. Status moves, such as moves that inflict paralysis and burns, should be avoided at all costs, (AC) as they make as it makes Buzzwole unable to revenge kill threats which that it is supposed to. Due to its low special bulk, Buzzwole should not be switched in on special moves, as even weak special attacks can easily 2HKO it. Even though Buzzwole has good physical bulk, it shouldn't be switched on physical attacks a lot and should be kept switch into physical attacks often to remain healthy, especially if it is needed to revenge kill a certain threat for the team. Superpower lowers the Buzzwole's Attack and Defense stat by one stage, so it should be used cautiously, because if Buzzwole fails to KO a Pokemon with it, then it is forced to switch out since its Attack stat is lowered by one stage allowing the opponent some set up opportunity it forces Buzzwole out to prevent for foe from setting up; the lowered Defense also makes Buzzwole more prone to being revenge killed. It also makes Buzzwole more prone to revenge killing, due to the drop in Defense stat. However, its ability Beast Boost negates the Attack drop after it knocks out a Pokemon. One should be cautious of switching Buzzwole into certain Pokemon like Garchomp, which potentially carry a coverage move such as Fire Blast, weakening Buzzwole which can heavily dent or make Buzzwole extremely weak. As Buzzwole is an asset against Dragon-type teams, it should be preserved to revenge kill threats such as Dragonite, Garchomp, (AC) and Kyurem-Black. Buzzwole can easily tank Extreme Speed from Choice Band Dragonite with relative ease due to its high physical bulk, and it can also score an OHKO with Ice Punch if Multiscale is no longer in effect. Scizor should be kept alive, as it can Pursuit trap and take out Choice Scarf Latios, which will allow Buzzwole to easily threaten Dragon-type teams without worrying about getting revenged killed by Choice Scarf Latios.

Team Options

Galvantula makes for a fantastic teammate, as it not only provides Sticky Web support for Buzzwole, but it also deals with bulky Water-types that trouble it, since Galvantula has access to Thunder and Energy Ball. Choice Band Scizor is a good teammate, (AC) bringing that allows Buzzwole to be brought in safely following a with U-turn, (RC) while also providing the team with priority Bullet Punch to deal with threats like Mega Diancie, Nihilego, (AC) and Terrakion. Mega Scizor can pressure and break down common checks as well as act as a win condition by setting up Swords Dance. Volcarona deals with physical walls that Buzzwole has a hard time breaking, such as Celesteela and Skarmory, while Buzzwole takes care of special walls like Chansey for Volcarona to sweep more easily. Armaldo and Forretress are good teammates, as both provide Rapid Spin support, since Buzzwole is susceptible to all forms of entry hazards. They also provide Buzzwole with hazard support such as Stealth Rocks or Spikes/Toxic Spikes Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes, (AC) which makes cleaning teams easier for Buzzwole. Armaldo also provides Buzzwole with Knock Off support, which allows Buzzwole to deal with Pokemon such as defensive Staraptor and Toxapex much easier. Mega Pinsir is another good teammate, (AC) as it can wallbreak with Swords Dance, which allows to pressures common checks and open up walls for Buzzwole. Araquanid provides Buzzwole with good defensive support with Assault Vest to sponge strong special attacks, such as Fire Blast from Mega Charizard Y, which threatens Buzzwole. It is also a good status absorber for Buzzwole, as it has the ability Water Bubble which makes it immune to burns from moves such as Will-o-Wisp and Scald. Due to its ability Speed Boost, Scolipede can function quite effectively even without Sticky Web support, (AC) outspeeding. (RP) Its ability allows it to outspeed threatening Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Victini, which Choice Scarf Buzzwole cannot outspeed. Scolipede puts in a lot of work against Psychic-type teams with its strong STAB move Megahorn, which allows Buzzwole to run Ice Punch over Leech Life to take on more threats and have better coverage. (what? ice punch isn't slashed with leech life, and you go on about how ice punch is super important and don't mention anywhere else about not using it)

Poison Jab can be used to deal with Fairy-(AH)types like Azumarill; however, it is situational and outclassed by other moves on the set due to better coverage. A Choice Band set can be used as a wallbreaker to open up big holes for teammates, but it is put at risk by common threats to Bug-type teams, as Buzzwole has a due to its mediocre Speed stat. A stall breaker stallbreaker set with Taunt can be used to have an easier time dealing with walls, (AC) as it prevents them from setting up or using recovery moves.

Checks and Counters

Bug
---------
**Revenge Killers**: Faster revenge killers, such as Choice Scarf Latios and Victini, can easily take out Buzzwole with Psychic and Fire-type moves, respectively their STAB moves.
(line break throughout)
**Physical Walls**: Buzzwole finds it hard to get past physical walls, such as Skarmory, Celesteela, Slowbro, and even bulky Mew if Buzzwole is lacking Leech Life.

**Mega Sableye**: Mega Sableye easily checks Buzzwole, as it is immune to its Fighting-type STAB move and can burn Buzzwole with Will-O-Wisp, rendering Buzzwole useless.

***Fairy-types***: (two, not three) Fairy-types, such as Clefable, have little to fear from Buzzwole, since Clefable has good bulk and can recover off the damage with Soft-Boiled and proceed to take out Buzzwole with its STAB Moonblast.

**Special Attackers**: Due to its poor Special Defense, Buzzwole is easily threatened by most special attackers and risks getting severely weakened or knocked out.

**Mega Venusaur**: Buzzwole is easily checked by Mega Venusaur, (AC) as it can tank hits due to its solid bulk and a recovery move, (RC) heal with Synthesis. It can wear down Buzzwole with Leech Seed and Hidden Power Fire.
