Why? Because in my personal opinion, I believe this type of poke'mon would be awesome. Regaining momentum in the middle of the battle is always important. Besides.. in reality I rarely see pokemon use weather based moves. Besides the Groudon-Solarbeam or the Kyogre-Thunder combo, there is no real use. Like I said this is my personal opinion. And my first time voting. Cheers

We already have 5th gen well-established methods for beating weather. If nothing else, run Lickilicky, Golduck, or Scizor as a secondary check. What we lack is a very good way to keep momentum. That's something we don't have. A weather slayer would resemble something we already have too much, most likely, in the end. Momentum will force a new Pokemon.
