Although I absolutely love both, I think sunfished looks more natural to evolve into Plasmanta

Concept-whise I'm not such a big fan of both of the designs, so I based my vote on the design.
And the one that stood out for me was paintseagull! It is original and fun!

Ps: Paintseagull, nothing is too silly for pokémon ^^

If i saw this before plasmanta, i'd be faintly disappointed that it evolves into what it does. it's that good.
