Toss-up again. IMO, Langur's evolution method is better, but Frenzy Plant's is closer to Plasmanta's level-up movepool. In terms of change, less is more.

I love the evolution method on langur's submission, but he should have chosen to have Prevomanta evolve at 29 with that method
