No Competitive Ability

Not that I'll be changing anyone's vote, but I seriously can't emphasize enough of how Drought will completely ruin CAP 3's chances of going rainy. Rain will lose its use, ergo less Water-types, and way, way more Ninetales + CAP 3 VS Tyranitar + Hippowdon battles.

Enjoy making weather wars more annoying than they already are, Drought supporters.

As the concept submitter, I simply think that this fits the concept better than no competitive ability!

i just think adding a flavor ability could make somethings interesting without being completely game changing.
