I will try to keep this updated as much as possible, so check back whenever you want for the most recent information.
Feel free to share your thoughts and discuss the data.

BTW, Sigilyph is a single-stage mon: it should be "Sigilyph: 3," not "Sigilyph Line: 3."

So far I still seem to be using fairly low-popularity mons in general, although I'm finding Syclant and Krillowatt to both be incredibly helpful.

Lets have a look at my pokemon Also you are awesome Jas!

Cyclohm line: 46
Dragonite line: 32
I have two of the top pokemon in the game, great.

Kitsunoh line: 26
And Kitsunoh as well.
Salamence line: 19
And people think that I don't have a Bagon...

Honchkrow line: 18
Blaziken line: 16
And that does it with my popular Pokemon, now I'm just going to look at this overall.

Cyclohm line: 46 (1st)
Dragonite line: 32 (2nd=)
Kitsunoh line: 27 (6th=)
Salamence line: 19 (12=)
Honchkrow line: 18 (18=)
Blaziken line: 16 (25=)
Excadrill line 10 (57=) (wow, big step down)
Crobat line: 8 (70th=)
Toxicroak line 7 (82=)
Whimiscott line 6 (95=)
Persian line: 3 (I can't be bothered coutning down that far)

Also pointing out you spelt Raichi wrong. You spelt it Riachu.

I used to have the first Meowth :( (damn pay day abusers)

I find amazing how Aggron manages to be on the top when everything and it's mother has earthquake, and how everyone wants Nidoking over Nidoqueen, and Gardevoir beting gallade made me :D

Gallade's still ahead by a lot. Male Ralts can technically still go Gardevoir, so they didnt count towards Gallade if I'm looking at this correctly.

This is correct. While most of the male Ralts and Kirlia may become Gallade, I would rather not make assumptions, which is why they have their separate set of data. Though, I will say the majority of the Male Kirla/Ralts had natures that would make me think they will become Gallade, so I would expect Gallade to overtake Gardevoir at some point

I have one of each. I'm not complaining.

Although my Gardy is still technically a Kirlia, since I've been paying more attention to my Fire Gym team.

Well, let's see what I've got.

Volcarona Line: 19
Arghonaut Line: 18
Roserade Line: 14
Stratagem Line: 18
Snorlax Line: 11
Bisharp Line: 17
Aerodactyl: 7
Crustle Line: 3
Porygon-Z Line: 20
Ursaring Line: 8
Electivire Line: 13
Togekiss Line: 19
Dusknoir Line: 19
Ditto: 3

Interesting, it looks like i have a lot of popular pokemon along with a few insanely obscure pokemon.

a little question, what pokemon are none of it in ASB?, i'm pretty sure there must be some first! still avaible

I wonder how these numbers would look if we somehow only looked at the active members. I feel like a lot of those pokemon that were being counted are from inactive ASBers. Not that I would recommend bothering with such a task.

I actually did something like that last time; only folks who had battled or had joined in the last two weeks were counted. He could root through and look for folks who weren't active if he so chose, but I don't think he'd bother.

For reference, Pawniard, Dratini, Eevee, and a couple others I forget were very common among inactive folks. Consider those bumped down a smidgen, lul.

I was planning on doing exactly that (and probably still will, whenever i have time), in that only pokemon owned by a member with 3 or more finished (not DQed) battles would count, it should give some interesting numbers

I miss the times when mine was the only Alakazam... Now I have no unique Pokemon. :(
Though, I reckon none of the other 31 Gengar's have a sprite this cool.

Your question intrested me, but I did not feel like checking each species, so a wrote a program to compare the census to a list of fully evolved Pokemon. This is the results. I won't say it is 100% accurate though, and if I accidentally spelled a Pokemon wrong in the census it might come up as not being owned (I already caught a few of those). So while I am not confident enough in my code to guarantee it, I believe these are the remaining unowned non-legendary Pokemon:

If you spot any Pokemon in here that is in fact in the census, let me know, because that probably means their name is misspelled there.

Edit: for convenience, I have moved this list up into the OP
