CAP Leadership: Full Moderators: Deck Knight SevenDeadlySins Alchemator If you have questions about the game at large or specific issues, come to us. We do have disciplinary powers and will resolve any disputes that cannot be resolved through consensus of two battlers or ref consultation. Project Moderators: You may have noticed the massive influx of Moderators for the forum. In the previous post I asked for all members of those positions to have project mods so they could maintain the game information. Project Mods are Moderators whose names are not bolded. They can edit or delete any post in the forum, but otherwise have no power over other users. Project Moderators have other duties as outlined: RP Approval Committee This committee will require a unanimous vote to approve an RP, and will consist of the following 3 members: Zarator Alchemator Engineer Pikachu Duties for the RP Committee will be to prove potential RPers on how their RP will flow (how will a battler progress through their RP), what the compensation will be, and to make suggestions to keep the compensation level of all RPs roughly equal. They will also be empowered to approve refs for an RP with the consent of an RP owner if that RP is being overwhelmed. Finally, they will ensure the smooth transition of any RPs abandoned by their initial owner. Project Mods are useful here for tweaking entries and providing feedback, as well as updating the main post in the thread with all of the links for Role Playing experiences. Routine functions like data editing do not need approval from the other members of the committee. Gym League Advisory Committee: This Committee will be charge with making decisions for candidates for each Gym and seeking out new Gym Leaders if those gym leaders cannot maintain records in accordance with the rules for Gym Leaders. If two or more persons wish to form a Gym together, then they must be much more strict in making both leaders adhere both to win records and activity. The committee will consist of the following members: Kaxtar Athenodoros MK_Ultra Since there are requirements to keep a Gym with a certain WLT record, there may be some ebb and flow in who has the gym positions and again, the main thread for Gyms will need to be updated regularly. Ref Assistance and General Maintenance: Finally, there will be four more promotions to help upkeep on the forum and with reffing concerns in general. They will monitor the Registration Tower, Data Audit Thread, and Ref Training Grounds for new posts and maintain these lists. Korski Son_of_Shadoo Leethoof IceBug You are the most important contributors on a daily basis, because you make sure all of our data is updated, linked properly, and new rules and other changes are editted into the body of these threads. If you need assistance on where to place a particular new piece of information, please contact me. Otherwise if you wish to expend efforts making the data cleaner/easier to understand/easier to read, feel free to do so. To Do List: Routine maintenance: While these functions primarily fall to Ref Assistance and General Maintenance, anyone with the ability to update these lists should do so as soon as they see the listing is incomplete or they notice a broken link. Make sure all registered players are linked to in the Registration Tower. Continually check the Data Audit Thread for new posts pointing out inconsistencies in energy costs or other commentary. Make sure the Battle Tower thread is updated with new substitution rules and contains all data needed for successfully seeking and accepting a match. Make sure the Referee Training Grounds have an updated list of all current refs in the Original Post. There may be special projects I will assign out from time to time, right now I just want to cover my bases. If I've missed anything, feel free to inform me or edit it into the OP.
