The separations are done with the census in mind, with many powerful mons like Gengar and Dragonite being the cuts, I tried to be as objective as possible, but I could have missed something important, most pokes are FE except a few NFE that I tough were particulary common or powerful (like Scyter), obvioulsy if you think a pokeon should have been included (or is but not in the right nature), please tell me

Obviously under TR all the Speed Tiers are reversed:

Data Audit Thread said:
Trick Room: The user's eyes glow red and it creates a multicolored cubic room. The room then turns invisible, only briefly flashing when a Pokemon is sent out to show that it's still there. Inside the room, the Pokemon with the lower speed moves first. Trick Room also reverses the effect of Spe Natures, lowering the Dodge of +Spe Pokemon by the calculated accuracy value and increasing the Accuracy and Dodge of -Spe Pokemon by a flat 10 instead of lowering their Evasion and Dodge by a flat 10. However, the accuracy boost of +Spe Pokemon is retained. Trick Room lasts for four (4) rounds. If another Trick Room is used while Trick Room is in effect, the field reverts to normal.
Also if you want to know if that Dragon Dance is worth it, well looking the Speed boosting chart you'll see those are some pretty big boosts

Code:
Stage Boost Speed (100 Base)
+6 +12.00 0550
+5 +10.00 0475
+4 +08.00 0400
+3 +06.00 0325
+2 +04.00 0250
+1 +02.00 0175
+0 +00.00 0100
-1 -02.00 0057
-2 -04.00 0040
-3 -06.00 0030
-4 -08.00 0025
-5 -10.00 0021
-6 -12.00 0018
Obviously some of the pokemon in the higher spots are mons that already got a speed boost, but due to the speed boost increasing the way they do, every time you increase your speed you should be getting a boost equal to 1.75 times your original speed

Code:
Tier / +1 Spe / +2 Spe
  0 / > 263 / > 375
  1 / > 224 / > 320
  2 / > 175 / > 250
  3 / > 140 / > 200
  4 / > 105 / > 150
  5 / < 105 / < 150
I hope you enjoy them and that way you might discover some interesting jewels that might fit on your team or that seems something interesting (I was surprised to find that Cryogonal was so fast or how Floatzel give Gengar a good fight), with so many good mons you can fight something you had not considered before

Updated the OP with Mollux (so you can think even more about getting one when released), and a few abilities I missed the first time (namely rattled and weak armor), plus Shell Smash due to it's effect being permanent, also, now you can see how much are you gonna outspeed after one or two boosts on speed (namely everything, seriously unless you're Magcargo you should be faster than all other unboosted pokes at +2)

Edit: Fixed Dogfish :3

I don't know how Torkoal has +2 from Motor Drive - Since it only gets Shell Armour and White Smoke. I think you meant Shell Smash?

Apologies for the massive necro-bump & all, but I have moved this to Network Centre, & plan to update this to the new mechanics, & the 6th Generation. This thread is a pretty useful reference thread, so... Yeah.

EDIT: Updated to reflect new Speed increments & added Aurumoth (with & without Weak Armour) + Malaconda
