Correct me if I'm wrong please, but from your rules wording it looks like you want this tour to be "dou except you're also allowed to use cap mons. " If so, then the origin server Cap Dubs isn't accurate at all to your ruleset. It bans aegi, blaziken, lando i, kanga, deo, etc, all of which are completely balanced in a doubles format. Also, if it was your intention to ban aegi and kang and add sleep clause then you should really consider not doing so, especially with all these overpowered cap mons balancing things out. If you don't have the power to fix the ruleset, maybe we could just play custom battles and go by the honor system?

From what I discussed with the tour hosts, we agreed that the ruleset should match DOU's with CAPs added, as we did for CAPTT last year. Custom battles *work* but they're really bad for tournament integrity, as there's no realistic way to prevent cheating (people running more than 4 moves, extra EVs, etc). Tagging TheFenderStory so the ruleset on Origin can be corrected.
