You'll notice that Prankster is in every single one of the possible poll options. This wasn't by design, I assure you, but there was nearly unanimous support in the discussion thread for keeping Prankster on the pre-evo. For that reason, all of the slated combinations just so happened to have Prankster. Additionally, CAP1's abilities are slated in case users don't want the abilities to change at all between the two.
