Arena: The Coconut Grove
Everybody loves coconuts, right? The Coconut Grove is a large circle of land about twenty feet in diameter. Going outside of the circle can't happen, due to the impenetrable wall of coconuts that line the outside. Inside the arena are many tall coconut trees, each with a plentiful bounty of coconuts. They're quite heavy, so a reasonably strong attack on the tree should cause at least one coconut to fall. Be aware that they can fall from all directions, so using a physical attack to hit the tree can backfire!
and now for Team Engineer:

Muk (Yaku) (M)
Nature: Quiet (Sp.A increased by *; speed divided by 1.15 and opponents have +10% accuracy with attacks)

Alright, time to try in an ASB for the first time in quite a while! Durr the Excadrill, get out there!

Start out with an Iron Defense, but if you see it gearing up for a Taunt change to Earthquake! Follow up with a Skull Bash, and another Earthquake!

Come on, we can do this! It's not like we're weak to our opponent's STAB move...

Kick things off with a blazing Fire Fang. Next, keep your distance between Durr and set up a Substitute (15). Then, let your substitute crumble into dust while you summon a quick Whirlwind to screw things up! Try and aim your winds to curve upwards so we can cause some coconuts to fall! Of course, if this would compromise the effect of Whirlwind, forget it.

hax please?

Confuse Ray - Aqua Tail - Fire Fang
Try and use Aqua Tail to slam Excadrill into a farther coconut tree, making them fall on Exca but not you.

Alright, here's what we're going to do. Start off with an Evasive Dig and Stay Under your second action. Come up with the Dig on your third action. Remember that you underspeed him!

Oh and pray very, very hard that you don't get haxed to infinity...

Alright, way to fight that confusion Durr! We've placed ourselves at a rather advantageous point. Let's take advantage of that!

Earthquake, then Skull Bash, then another Earthquake! If he uses Double Team, use Metal Sound and the clone that reacts to the sound is your next target! (Clones don't have working ears).

Let's try this!

Start out with a simple Confuse Ray, then go for a Fire Fang + Crunch combo! Slam him as hard as you can into a faraway coconut tree!

EDIT: If the combo would not have enough velocity for the slamming to occur, replace it with a Fire Fang with an Aqua Tail follow-up; again, use any means you can to slam Exca into a tree.

BAD COCONUTS. BAD. Hope this works?

Dash as fast as you can to put a coconut tree between you and Durr - Confuse Ray - Fire Fang

The point of this is to make the first Metal Claw hit the coconut tree and cause coconuts to fall on Durr. If this wouldn't work, then use the following set of actions:

Confuse Ray - Super Aqua Tail - rest
Again, smash that Excadrill into the coconut tree.

Go, Yaku!

Fire Blast - Mud-Slap - chill
IF (Excadrill uses Dig) THEN (Use a Mud-Slap + Mud Bomb combo and push back the queue twice if he'll come up by the end of the action and it's not A3; otherwise, use Minimize the first time and Stockpile all times after (pushing back the queue, of course))

Okay, Scree the Skarmory! Time for your maiden flight!

Although this might seem odd, we're going with an offensive strategy! Start off with Sand Attack, and follow up with Swords Dance and Sky Attack!

We can toy with accuracy too!

Start your round off with a quick Minimize; making yourself smaller should make the coconuts less likely to hit you (and hopefully make the sand miss). Then, go for a Fire Blast (HIT TREES COCONUTS FALL) and follow up with a Harden!

Let's hope that Minimize gives you some help!

Fire Blast - Acid Spray - Fire Blast
SET THOSE COCONUTS ON FIRE AND MAKE THEM FALL ON SCREE!!!

Oh, and if Scree uses Double Team, use Rock Slide AND MAKE COCONUTS FALL.

Alright Scree, nice work! But there's one flaw in his plan; he assumes the coconuts can hit us anywhere...

Start off with a non-attack Fly to rise above the tops of the coconut trees; there won't be coconuts hitting you up there! Then stay in the air and follow up with a Swords Dance and a Sky Attack!

Skree flew up high to avoid the veritable avalanche of coconuts that Yaku causes, who only manage to avoid causing himself massive damage from the coconuts is by being minimized. Muk uses Acid Spray -> Coconut tree melted, -2 Energy

Muk uses Fire Blast -> Coconut tree lit on fire, -8 Energy
Muk is hit by 2 coconuts dealing 6 Damage
Skarmory uses Sky Attack -> Muk loses 22 HP, -9 Energy

All right Scree, great work! Let's finish this!

Start off with a Swords Dance and use Sky Attack then (attacking) Fly!

If he tries to evade you on action 2 or 3, use Pursuit instead!

Engineer Pikachu

Good morning, you bastards!

I absolutely oppose the usage of moves while you are in the invulnerable stages of Fly, Dig, etc. If that was allowed, I could simply stay in the air and do whatever I wanted while the opponent was unable to hit me (see this reffing, where Acid Spray and Fire Blast didn't even touch Skarmory). Does that sound right? No. While it's probably too late to change the reffing, I'd just like to say this first since imo it really isn't right.

I'll post my actions tomorrow when I'm less bamboozled.
