Conkeldurr, I need you so much !

Ok, Firstly i would like to say that i am french so if I make some mistakes sorry about it !

Now i explain my situation. I want to create a trick room team and for the build, i want to play conkeldurr because under the disto it's the best pokemon in a world :o But I have a big problems my friend !
In fact, if i want to play this, i must have knock off and icepunch :x so i'm here because i seek this thing ! And these attacks are juste learn in 5G move tutor...

I want :
Conkeldurr with a + attk and -Speed nature ( i don't the name in English sorry :x )
Evs : if he has no Evs, it's not a problem i can do that
-knock off
-ice punch
-drain punch
-mach punch or Bulk up

I want good IVs , so 31 in all stat exept SpeATT and Speed

please this is for the good cause :x
