Round 1 Begin!

Hyomu opens fire on Reef immediately with a deadly Icicle Spear that strikes SIX TIMES due to Hyomu's Bug typing. Reef is visibly shaken from such a frosty blow, but that doesn't mean she can't strike back with a mighty Rock Slide! Sadly, either Engineer really needs to update his 'mons or Leethoof needs to read the DAT more often, because Hyomu's Mountaineer causes Rock Slide to miss completely. (Hyomu = West Virginia?)

Deciding that consistency is a good idea, Hyomu mercilessly blasts Reef with another Icicle Spear. This one, however, only hits four times, meaning Reef has an excellent opportunity to deliver a powerful attack. Indeed, she attempts an unprecedented SUPER ANCIENTPOWER OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION, which would have done a ridiculous amount of damage...if Mountaineer hadn't kicked in again and saved Hyomu from another death. Excellent actions, Leethoof. @_@

Hyomu then proceeds to hit SIX MORE #@^%&*$! TIMES with Icicle Spear, downing Reef with ease. It is incredibly apparent that Engineer Pikachu has won the battle, but will he win the war? Short answer: Probably.

Alternatively, Reef could alter history by not wasting actions against Mountaineer and instead Protecting herself twice with a Gastro Acid in between. Hyomu still uses his amazing Icicle Spear to ruin Reef's energy, but Reef doesn't faint this time. Thanks for making me WORK for my UC, Leethoof...

Round 2 Begin!

Mad about not getting his one-round KO, Hyomu smacks Reef with another barrage of projectile icicles, but they don't seem to be quite as effective as last round's were. Reef, whose health is starting to run low, responds with a Fail Edge that inflicts a ridiculous amount of damage for an unboosted Cradily attack. Too bad Mountaineer works like the real WVU Mountaineer football team: for one round only...

Reef then magically outspeeds Hyomu for the round, using some of her ancient power to, well...you get the point. It seems like this is exactly what Hyomu was waiting for, however, as Mr. Freezybug summons forth a massive avalanche that is somehow boosted in power by having taken damage already. Pokemon is so strange...

Regardless, Hyomu gets fed up with waiting for his 4 MC and shoots some more icicles at Reef, two of which hit critically, scoring a solid KO. (They don't matter too much, though, as Reef would have fainted anyway.) This means that, for real this time, Engineer Pikachu has won the match! AND THE CROWD GOES home.
