Since you're not overly physical weak, wouldn't it make more sense to invest Special defense evs in Claydol so you have a chance against TimidKou? Nvm, didn't see seismic toss on Regice. In that case, you're walled by Starmie quite a bit. But as far as I can see, that doesn't warrant a team change. Good job.

Some people choose Stoss for two different reasons. For one thing, it's a better choice than Thunderbolt when running a sleep talk set. The other reason is that Stoss forces a switch sooner than waiting for Raikou to CM Up while you Psych Up, hindering the possibility of getting critical hit by a +6 SAtk Raikou.
