"Then you shall surely have a Tail to tell"

Alright King, lets make this dog beg.

Begin with Dragon Tail to send this dog back to his house, with your Speed and Gravity he shall find it difficult to evade. Then wrap up with Earthquake followed by Earth Power.

If Lucario uses Evasive Agility to avoid Dragon Tail, Earthquake it, then use Dragon Tail next action.
If Lucario uses Ice Punch + Focus Punch when you would Dragon Tail, switch to Earthquake to disrupt its focus, then use Dragon Tail while it is cooling down.

Dragon Tail ~ Earthquake ~ Earth Power

IF Evasive Agility on Dragon Tail: Earthquake -> Dragon Tail
IF Ice Punch + Focus Punch on Dragon Tail: Earthquake -> Dragon Tail

"I Detect that this may Throw you out a little."

"If you came to hear us beg, you will leave disappointed."

Detect ~ Circle Throw ~ Ice Punch

Maybe I'm starting to regret additional weather effects. This only increases my workload in the middle of the night. And now Drought continues...

The battle of royalty! Clubs-Lucario wisely Detected an attack from the swooping King-Flygon's Tail, so he did not flinch and only leaped aside at the last moment, but it didn't stop King-Flygon from then unleashing the Quaking Power of Earth against the aura warrior.

("Wait, what was that?")
What do you mean, Narga?
("Why are the sunrays getting stronger?")
I don't know, a sudden solar flare, perhaps?
("Couldn't be... And I sense a presence")

Ah, but Clubs-Lucario retaliated using King-Flyong's exact initial tactic, hurling his opponent in a Circle back towards his Pokeball before a parting Ice Punch, and WP-Steelix landed heavily on the rocks, roaring displeasure!

("Its coming... Doubtless WP-Steelix feels it too.")
Feel what?
("I... can't say now. I'm not too sure yet, but if I'm correct...")
What willl happen?
("...We'll find out.")

(Incidentally yes, there is a switch phase when you phaze an opponent out for whoever is starting first. The weakness of phazing is you might end up with both type and move disadvantage. You can switch, but your opponent can decline. Basically there's no real downside to phazing when you go second, but if you phaze when attacking first, you get multiple rounds of move disadvantage.

Also, Steelix should take 6 damage from rocks for double resistance, just like Lucario. Only two mons with 4x resistance lol.)

"Well Will Powers, it seems you've been, err, Willed to Power. Time to tank some hits. Good thing Gravity is up, eh?"

Begin with Substitute (15 HP), followed by Earthquake to have Lucario send a Counter right into your substitution, and finish with Dragon Tail to send Lucario sailing. With all the hazards down, it won't be back to bother us.

So I made a promise to myself, that if I roll friggin' Drought one more time this round, I am definitely going to roll out a huge plot-twist. After all, Glacier hoped in the OP that Sky Tower weather effects wouldn't be fun if it's boring.

EDIT: Fixed Lucario using Focus Blast instead of Aura Sphere A3. Can't thank you all enough for correcting my mistakes.

Clubs-Lucario prepared itself to face the end of his part in this battle by bracing and Enduring himself, oblivious to the fact that WP-Steelix Substituted himself with a stack of coiling rocks. It is only when attempting to Counter the latter's Earthquake, that the former realizes its plan backfired. Firing off its trademark Aura Sphere, Clubs-Lucario gets sent back to its Pokeball by a whiplash from WP-Steelix, with Regisand-Claydol caught as collateral due to the sudden pull towards the terribly hazardous grounds-

("Its here!")
Wait, what's here?

(Steelix should have taken Focus Blast damage Zhengtann, SimonSays' order was to push attacks back, meaning it would use Focus Blast after subbing out for Counter)

With Claydol down for the count now would be a good time to play it safe. I don't really like the idea of that Groudon on the field for very long, but I'd rather risk the RNG, and go with a Pokemon I know can get me out of a potential bind. A Pokemon that is very hand-y.

-->

Will Powers, return. ARMageddon, you're up.

Now we've got something to work with I think. Fidgit, time to take the Gravity off. Use Gravity to reverse the effect, then use Sludge Wave consecutively.

If Sawsbuck tries to heal off damage with Synthesis, Taunt it, then move actions back.

Arena : Sky Tower (Sky Tower Ultimate Drought mode, Gravity 6a)

Severely weakened by the previous match-up, ARMageddon-Fidgit fell quickly to Groudon's mighty Earthquakes, while Prince-Sawsbuck Substituted himself using nearby foliage to lessened the impact. And then wildly, came the war cry. "Return the damage, Prince!" Simon actually ordered an attack on the monstrous legendary! But soon even Simon realised the futility - that both of them can't hope to win, just to survive - and Prince-Sawsbuck settled back to Synthesize some solar energy into healing caused by the ground hazards, but Groudon simply whipped its Tail- into a nether dimension?! Simon's belt flashed, and suddenly Clubs-Lucario fell within the bounds of his own Pokeball! How did Groudon mastered the draconic power thus so that it can manipulate space?

Just when all hope seemed lost, cloud banks began to gather in the horizon, moving fast towards Sky Tower. Sensing the change in the air currents and the land beneath his feet, Groudon deceptively lumbered away, as the first raindrops fell again upon Sky Tower. Deck Knight mutters, "Better get out of here quick, we're in no condition to face another legendary. I can't battle and look out for Simon at the same time. Groudon can wait - as do Kyorgre, should it comes."
