I can offer a 31/31/31/x/31/31 male e-speed Dratini and a 31/x/31/31/31/31 chansey with the stats you listed for a speed boost carvanha and a swift swim kabuto. Or check my thread if you'd rather have something else.

is the dratini with HA and chansey with natural cure? if so, i'll take those 2, gimme awhile to breed
