- Probably the most outclassed pokemon in the history of the franchise.
- Has great stats.
- Access to a variety of moves letting it play many different roles, that is until you realize that its other formes do all of said jobs better.
- Defog Giratina-O :[
- Don't use this thing.
- Please don't.

Moves
========
- Psycho Boost allows Deoxys to hit pretty hard.
- Spikes is an ok option because you force some switches.
- Stealth Rock is there to make you look like you know what you're doing.
- Hidden Power Fire to roast Ferrothorn and Klefki.
- Taunt to beat opposing leads but not as fast as Deoxys-Speed so it doesn't outspeed all of them. Also for beating defoggers such as support Arceuses and Giratina-O.
- Ice Beam to beat Gliscor, Landorus-Therian and lure in Giratina-Origin
- Magic Coat to bounce back taunts from opposing Deoxys-Speeds.
- Knock Off once again to make yourself look like you know what you are doing.
========
- The EV spread and a Timid nature allow Deoxys to hit as hard as it possibly can along with it being pretty fast but not nearly as fast as Deoxys-S.
- Focus Sash allows you to live a hit which usually otherwise won't happen because it is so frail.
========
- The best usage tip is to not use Deoxys-N but you are obviously fixated on using it if you are reading the analysis this far.
- If you are using it for whatever reason, it plays pretty much identically to Deoxys-S except you are slower but hit harder. So lead off with it.
- If facing an opposing hazard lead that is not Deoxys-Speed and not a Magic Coat or Magic Bounce user then use Taunt.
- After Taunting try and set up as many hazards as possible before your inevitable demise.
========
- Since you are using Deoxys-N it is obvious that you are building a joke team so teammates like Arceus-Bug and Chansey can help you accomplish that goal. Calm Mind Lugia is another possibility.
- If, for whatever reason you are using it on a serious team then Mega Gengar is a great option for Taunting support Arceus formes before they can Defog. It can also function as a spinblocker that traps rapid spinners.
