fireburn does a wave of uploads whenever he has time. hes got the tier to manage, spl to prepare for and probably irl stuff to do. afaik hes the only one in ubers c&c with the ability to do it ever since mm2 eternally johned retired from mods so no need to worry about if its ready for upload or not, if all stages are done just wait till he gets the time to upload.
