Hi I'm 1v1ing Darkamber8828, she's using Milotic I'm using Snorlax.

To quicken the process I'm posting everything here. I'm also attacking first.

And our arena today is a grassy plain with no special effects. It's a test of pure skill today, folks!

Destiny Warrior, your orders please!

Destiny Warrior

also known as Darkwing_Duck
is a Smogon Media Contributor Alumnus
Return~Body Slam~Return. We can't really dodge attacks here.

If Milotic uses Protect, use Curse that turn.

By the way, DW, your Snorlax is listed as having Pickup rather than Immunity in your abilities list.

Thunder (Thick Fat, Immunity)
HP: 125
Energy: 100
Speed: 26

Actions: Confuse Ray ~ Toxic ~ Scald

And here we go, on a grassy knoll, between two titans of ASB... Milotic versus Snorlax, and Milotic moves first, severely confusing Thunder for 3 actions! But that doesn't impede Thunder's first strike of the match, as he strikes Cetus, showing his love for Destiny Warrior! D'aww. Darkamber responds by having Milotic throw up blobs of poison in disgust. They strike Thunder and poison him... But with the Immunity ability, he takes no damage from it! What he does take damage from, however, is hitting himself in confusion, lowering his count to 1. Cetus follows up with a burst of scalding hot water! Yeowch! Thunder hits himself in confusion again though, at least his paralysis is cured!

Milotic used Confuse Ray (5 energy)
Snorlax used Return (15 damage, 6 energy)
Milotic used Toxic (7 energy)
Snorlax thumped himself in confusion (8 damage, 3 energy)

Actions: Hypnosis until it hits, then Rain Dance and if you have time, Scald 'em!

Round two starts with Cetus trying to hypnotise her opponent, but she can't maintain eye contact long enough for it to work. Thunder responds by Screeching loudly, but it seems that Cetus manages to cover her ears and block out the sound (how the hell does Screech miss?!). She goes for a second Hypnosis now, and this time she manages to put Thunder to sleep for one action, meaning his misses his attempt to Giga Impact, though he does now wake up, just in time to see a rainstorm brewing overhead, thanks to Cetus' influence. How will this affect the battle? Oh crap. Snorlax is wiggling his finger back and forth, and it's not an offensive gesture... Suddenly, his foot is aflame, and he kicks Cetus with mighty force! What a shame she resists it... And it's raining.

Actions: Confuse Ray ~ Recover ~ Scald

Rain for five rounds.

Round three, and Cetus opens with another bright light to slightly confuse Thunder. This works very much in her favour, and the lummox hits himself in confusion, giving the water snake ample time to heal her wounds. But as she does so, Thunder crashes into her with massive force! Looks like they're both shaken by that! Wow, even I felt that one, but Cetus counters with a burst of scalding hot water! Ow! Thunder wiggles his finger again... And you guys won't believe this, but vines are bursting up from the ground! It's Frenzy Plant! And despite his fatigue, Thunder manages to connect with it!

Darkamber's orders. I need someone to double check those calcs though, as I can't...

frenzy WHAT

WHAT

WHAT

WHAT

Snorlax should be, like, super-sluggish.

Confuse Ray ~ chill ~ Recover

Scald does 13, which would be 16 after rain.

And Frenzy Plant apparently does 18, before sluggishness.

also post 2000

also, someone's been using metronome wrong.

Metronome: The Pokémon waves its arms back and forth until they glow white, stimulating its brain into using a random move. The User selects 10 moves, each of which has a 10% chance of occurring.

Metronome cannot select a move the user already knows.

Metronome can only select a maximum of one move from any type.

Metronome cannot select Assist, Copycat, Counter, Covet, Destiny Bond, Detect, Endure, Feint, Focus Punch, Follow Me, Helping Hand, Me First, Metronome, Mimic, Mirror Coat, Mirror Move, Protect, Quick Guard, Sketch, Sleep Talk, Snatch, Struggle, or Wide Guard.

Metronome will incur a consecutive energy cost penalty either if it is used consecutively (even if summoning different potential attacks) or if one of the attacks it summoned is used consecutively.

Attack Power: -- | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost 10 + Energy Cost of summoned move | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Depends | Priority: 0
I don't care about redoing the last rounds, but fix the energy costs (ie make Snorlax lose 20 energy)

Thanks DA, changes made. With that in mind, I'm going to hold off on reffing this round until the calculator is working for me again...

This round is a snoozefest. Literally. Cetus starts with another Confuse Ray, but this one hits for three actions. And it initially pays off, as Thunder thumps himself again. As usual, Cetus starts by confusing Thunder, but the repeated rays are getting to him, and this time his confusion is intense! But it doesn't stop him chilling this time to regain precious energy. Then, surprise, another burst of boiling water from the water snake. And Thunder hurts himself in his confusion! This is followed up by a second blast of hot water, straight to the belly of the beast. And Thunder hits himself again, snapping out of confusion! But that round did NOT go well for him!

Those goddamn Confuse Rays are starting to give me a headache, Darkamber... GAH SO BRIGHT. SO INTENSE! DOUBLE CONFUSE RAY ALL THE WAY, ACROSS THE SKY! WHAT DOES IT MEAN?! It means Thunder is intensely confused again. And proceeds to facepalm. Cetus chills, and now Thunder gets a rest off. Cetus chills, Thunder sleeps. We've been over this. But hey, at least the rain has stopped. I can see clearly now!
